What I did was just make sure it fit my Dell XPS 15 9550. When I received this item it did fit and worked well. I really did not go by the label on cable harness.

Perfect replacement part

Went in nicely and fixed my charging issues due to the original Jack breaking. You’ll need a precision screwdriver set if you don’t already have one. Took some time to arrive so used a USB-C charger to get me by (maybe it’ll work for you if stuck)
