can i use this to shave with a razor or only electric

I think it's more of an "electric" razor product, although I haven't tried it with a blade. The powder helps my Norelco "slide" smoothly. It has no scent.

Does this powder clog up the electric razer?

I have a Braun 7000 series Shaver and have not yet encountered my shaver become clogged with normal cleaning. I do like the difference in using the stick over the itchy rash I get when I don't use it., I think it's worth buying

Does this go on powdery?

Yes it does, easy to use and very powdery if you want it to be
