We couldn’t be happier with this 14FT trampoline. Setup was straightforward, and everything feels really sturdy once put together. The frame is solid and anti-rust, which gives me confidence it will hold up well outside. The enclosure net is strong and secure, which makes me feel safe letting the kids jump without worry. The included ladder is a nice touch and it makes it easy for both kids and adults to get on and off. This trampoline has quickly become the favorite spot in our backyard. The kids love it, and honestly, even the adults get on for some fun! Great quality, safe design, and hours of entertainment, I definitely recommend it!

Really great weight limit. Have had for over a year. Still holding on strong. The side poles are a little weak but honestly have still geld up through some pretty crazy florida weather. Never taken down

This trampoline has been a great addition to our backyard. It was very easy to put together, and my two boys (ages 4 and 7) absolutely love it. It provides hours of fun and is the perfect size for younger kids. The safety net was a little tricky to get set up, but once it's on, it does the job. My boys got a bit wild one day and ended up falling into the net, which caused three of the poles to bend/break (two uppers and one lower). Thankfully, the seller honored the warranty and sent us replacement parts. There was a bit of a hassle with the parts being shipped to our old address since we had just moved, but once that was cleared up, they made it right. One thing to note: the foam padding on the poles can get torn up by kids (ours definitely did), but you can easily grab pipe insulation from Home Depot to replace it — it’s basically the same stuff. Overall, highly recommend this trampoline for younger kids. Just keep the roughhousing in check and have some spare foam handy!

Do not buy this product. The upper part of the net constantly detaches from the upper pole. Happens about every other time the kids use it. Once one comes off, others do, and they are a PAIN and a balancing act to put back in. Worse yet, one of the upper poles broke within the first year (see attached pictures). I tried calling the manufacturer (Jelens) 3x during normal business hours. It just rings. No one picks up, there's no voicemail, or anything automated to connect with someone. On their website, the contact info directs you to click "Write Us" as another way of contact. You click that, and their webpage just spins - nothing loads or changes. Unbelievable. Trying to find a pole replacement on my own without any luck thus far. Update: Found a universal pole that fits from another company. Again, a constant problem is the poles at the top come out of the T parts. My kids aren't strong or tall enough to fix it themselves. To reach up there and pull them in, you're very off balance - even standing on the ladder. This morning, I fell into the trampoline while trying to put the poles back in after my kids were jumping last night. I'm fine - the fall wasn't bad, but two more poles broke. We've owned multiple trampolines. This was is BY FAR the worst. Do not buy. Literally non-existent customer service - none of their contact information connects you with anyone or anything.

Love this trampoline! Our kids (3 and 1 years old) spend at least an hour a day playing on it, and have so much fun. The size is perfect for kids aged 1 to 6-7, and the net and shorter distance to the ground help them stay safe. The size makes it the perfect t addition to any yard, where it isn’t so big that it takes up the whole yard, but it is still big enough for 3-4 kids to jump at a time. Quality wise we have also been really impressed. We had 3 grown adults jump on it with no issues to test it out before we let the kids play on it. We also have an adult on it about every other day playing with the kids and have seen no degradation in quality. Setting up was as expected for a trampoline, and it took three adults about an hour to set it up with lots of breaks. Overall highly highly recommend this product!

Prolly the easiest thing to put together with it being a trampoline and all. It took me a an hr and 1/2. I ordered a 10ft. The only concern I had was the plastic strips you put through the net going around too were a little flimsy but I got them together and everything felt and looked great. I have three boys 9,6 & 2 and they all get on it. I do wish I ordered a size up the 10ft is kinda small but I didn’t think the 12/14 would fit in the back yard till I got this one up lol. But I feel it will last a while. And the boys do love it.
