If u have flat foot, do buy
Very useful product but Dnt wear this all day long coz of the silicon material it creates heat if one wears it all day long, in my case i developed red heat bumps under the arch…

Helps in healing plantar fasciitis
Arch support is a must for healing plantar fasciitis otherwise the ligament keeps tearing with even little bit of walking around the house. This product is comfortable, durable and prevents repeated tearing of the ligament. I am experiencing less swelling of my heel and less pain. With a little practice, I learnt to place the arch support in the right manner that it supported my arch but doesn't hurt.
There is no L or R mark on the product as mentioned in the description. It doesn't fit on use. Waste of money.
