With little effort the bottom/base m.2 hat will fit
I cut the plastic pieces off and staggered it just a bit so it would fit in the port cutouts. If you cut the same pieces off. And sand it down a bit it would fit perfect. As for the quality of the case itself of you consider the price it's quite the piece of equipment. After reading all of the reviews about the directions having spelling issues and all of the driver issues. I can say I ran into zero of those problems. And everything was very straight forward and well written in my opinion. I have mine overclocked and I have had no issues The screen is easy to change as well. The lights also look great! I have not had a chance to play with the configuration on them yet tho. But from what I read it doesn't seem like it's going to be hard either. 7

Buy it! Absolutely the best case
As of 2025 has a well written manual and if you follow the instructions you will not have any issues. If you want to run with NVME spend the few extra bucks on the version that has the underside hat for it. This kit is well thought out and is better than I had hoped. Burn in testing with this case was MILES better than the stock raspberry pi5 heatsink, my cpu never got over 59c at full utilization. Also, it looks awesome when assembled! The pictured on amazon don't do it justice.

Missing heat sinks
Overall I like this better than my Argon Pi5 case, BUT they have completely neglected to heat sink the power management chip and memory. Even the minimal stock heat sink has cooling for those. I would like an option to stack my NvME (Pimeroni) under the Pi5. The case has room, but there is no provision made in the sled. If I had an STL I would 3D print my own sled with shorter mounting. As it is I stuck the SSD onto the back, since the cable only just reaches. This does allow better SSD cooling and access to swap it. But it looks like a kludge. The ethernet/USB should be on the back, with the OLED screen on the front. Of course that is personal taste what works better for your situation. Decent quality, and almost a home run. Easily worth the cost. Fits together well.

Most useful case for pi 5
You must remove the bottom tray in order to attach the pi to it. You'll probably never see the fan spin. Be careful with its connector. Once inserted (with yellow wire at board's edge) do not remove it. Fan should show colors when pi is on. Somewhat difficult to get OLED working.

very nice little case.
it's a really cool little case, had my 4b in it for a bit because my 5 was stacked too high with hats. super easy install and very classy way to protect your Pi. Great product! Thank you for bringing it to us!

Coop case but
It's a cool case but the nvme (or any other hat for that matter) is not compatible without damaging the case. Internal legs need to be shorter and have standoffs to accommodate possible hats

Buy Only if You Must Have an LED Light show
Aside from the cool lights, there's nothing to like about this builky housing. You can't get to the SD card slot without some long nose pliers. The manual is riddled with typos which makes it impossible to install the drivers. The heavy duty fan is amazing but it only seems to work if you have the drivers installed. I have a note in to tech support to see if I can ditch the mini display and just plug the fan in to the GPIO header to run all the time. Rather than print a manual with typos they should just provide a link so errors can be corrected and updated on the fly. They also should have had a few people build this kit from their instructions to detect errors. I'll probably end up buying the regular Pi 5 cooling assembly and official Pi 5 case if I can't get the fan to work.

Good product, works well, has good instructions. Although the fans and heat sink is smaller than I expected.

Con la versión pequeña pude poner el nvme dentro del case sin modificaciones

I've had this GeeekPi Mini Tower Kit on my Raspberry Pi 5 for weeks, and it's transformed my mini-ITX setup into a sleek, high-performance beast perfect for tinkering projects. The mini tower design with the included ICE Tower Cooler keeps thermals in check even during heavy loads like emulation or media server duties—no more throttling during long gaming sessions with retro ROMs. The 0.96" OLED module is a game-changer, displaying real-time CPU temps, fan speeds, and clock speeds at a glance, making monitoring effortless. Performance-wise, this kit shines for Pi enthusiasts. The massive ICE cooler paired with dual fans handles the Pi 5's power draw like a champ, staying whisper-quiet under 40dB while pushing sustained boosts for compiling code or running FL Studio-inspired audio experiments. Easy modular assembly means you snap it together in minutes, with plenty of room for NVMe SSDs or HAT add-ons—ideal for game dev prototypes or custom music production rigs. Build quality feels premium for the price, with anodized aluminum panels, RGB accents for that gamer vibe, and cutouts for all ports including GPIO. At around $40 on Amazon, it's unbeatable value—cooling that rivals full desktops without the bulk. If you're modding your Pi 5 for gaming, servers, or creative hacks, this kit is a must.

An excellent case design and the instructions were fun and easy to follow to assemble the unit. The screen works well and is easy enough to program for in a full os like Raspbian however might prove troublesome to get working in other distros such as Batocera, Although having use for it in such cases for a score display or such in the future if it is within the designer's ability to add such functionality code, would be a bonus. Fully assembled and running, This thing fit right in with my projector gaming nook.
