The gumballs were perfect size, and fit my gumball machine. Weren’t hard to chew and the price isn’t bad either just the one complaint is the flavor runs out way too fast, even though I understand it’s not meant to last forever.

I’ve purchased this same brand of gumballs before through Amazon and had a great experience, so I was surprised by this order. I understand these items may come from different vendors, but the difference in quality was very noticeable. The apple-flavored gumballs I received previously were fresh, soft, and full of flavor—exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, the watermelon-flavored gumballs from this order were the complete opposite. Even though the package was sealed, the gumballs were extremely hard, clearly stale, and had almost no flavor at all. I see the policy stating that returns are not accepted, but receiving a product that is old and not consumable is disappointing. I would appreciate a refund or resolution for this order, as this experience has definitely made me hesitant to purchase again.
