I haven't had a chance to use this dent puller tool, but based on youtube videos I've watched, it should do the trick on smaller dents if you follow the instructions. The T-handle tool itself seems well constructed of quality materials and very strong. It even comes with a small supply of dent pulling tabs of various sizes. Extra dent pulling tabs can be purchased as well to be used with the tool.
