Have bought Aziot Smart Switches and Plugs for all the rooms in my apartment. So easy to install and configure. Very reasonable cost as well for all products compared to other brands Excellent product support as well. Very good response. Highly recommended all their products to anyone planning on home automation.

Avoid this product. I used it for less than 15 days under a super light load (just some lights and a low-power exhaust fan), and it overheated and smoked inside of wall box. The MCB didn't trip in time, and if I hadn't been home, it could have started a serious house fire. Customer service was absolutely useless and full of excuses. First, they tried to tell me it's "clearly mentioned" that you can't connect a fan to it. When I asked where it says that, the rep pointed to a warning against "heavy appliances like air conditioners" and seriously tried to argue that a tiny exhaust fan counts as an AC because they both deal with air. When I called them out on that absolute nonsense, they suddenly changed their story and tried to blame a "high voltage spike" in my house. But only these two units burned out everything else is perfectly fine in my house including another fan switch from the exact same company sitting right next to the dead one. Clearly, this is a product defect and not a house-wide surge. Later told me only one room might have had the issue. They just dont want to take the blame on their product and would blame the buyer instead of investigating why their product is hazardous and buringing smoking inside people's house. It’s the cheapest switch on Amazon, but it's not worth risking your house over. Really disappointed in the brand more then the product. Saw a even severe burn case in the review.

I initially received a defective switch, but their customer care was very helpful and quickly assisted me in getting it fixed. The product works smoothly now and feels premium.
