Good sturdy build. quiet running and smooth wheel run. Bolted to bench no more vibration than you would expect ie. none. Good wheel grit selection for grinding hand tools and general grinding. Recommended for the home workshop excellent product.

This benchgrinder is very study well made easy to assemble ,it ran very quietly with minimum vibration, the only down side was the ajustable plate it is not quite large enough and does not tilt enough to sharpen such as chisels. Otherwise well worth the money.

just received the LUMBER JACK Whetstone Wet Stone Sharpener System 200mm and out of the box it didn't work. Read the manual - nothing useful, motor running but nothing else. I then noticed that in the accessory pack there was a knob and two nuts that seemed likely to fit a recess in the back of the machine. not mentioned in the manual. I turned the machine upside down and it was clear that one of the nuts was for the inside of this hole and one was to lock against it on the outside. Installed this a tightened the knob against the motor - still nothing. I then removed the honing leather wheel and under it was a screw which I removed. Finally the motor would now swing to engage with the shaft and the knob could be adjusted to set a sensible pressure. NONE OF THIS IS MENTIONED IN THE MANUAL OR ON THE BOX!!! Now the motor is properly engaged the grinder seems fine, decent power and a sensible speed but be aware of the above if you buy one

Works well and great for sharpening chisels etc. Sharpened a large SDS brick chisel with no problems. Like most similar machines the tool rests are a weak point but work ok remaining square and stable but could be better. No problems with balance or runout but needs securing to a solid work bench or similar.

Great little tool

Would possibly benefit from a tray to sit in to save the user getting too wet. Other than that excellent also instructions could indicate where to obtain spare grinding wheels
