Case is great and makes it more pocketable. Arrived quickly and without any damage. The default software is good enough to play basic games, but it does not have fun things like box art downloads. Pretty sure it can be changed but you will need technical expertise. Screen is excellent but small enough that sometimes I felt like I needed reading glasses to play. Controls are great, it's amazing that you can actually play on something so small. The dpad and buttons are smooth and not clicky at all.
