We have been using these lights for a couple of weeks now and they get super bright at night on full lighting. They come with a remote to dim as desired. They are great quality and I was able to set them atop a couple of square-type tall planters to create a pillar light on both sides of our patio.

Look, I'm a simple guy. I like things that work, and I like things that make life easier. Our back patio was a black hole at night, and I was tired of tripping over the dog toys and garden tools. So, I decided to try these solar pillar lights. The first thing I noticed was the weight of these things. They aren't some cheap plastic shells; they're solid. The grey finish is a nice touch, too – looks modern and doesn't show dirt like that bright white stuff. Setting them up was a breeze. No wiring, no fuss. Just put them where you want them, and let the sun do its thing. I was a bit skeptical about the "dusk to dawn" thing, but they actually work pretty well. They come on automatically when it gets dark, and they stay lit until the sun starts to come up. The light isn't blinding, either. It's a warm, soft glow that's perfect for the patio. What I really like is the E26 bulb socket. Means I can change the bulb if I want something brighter or a different color. That's a smart design. I also like that they're waterproof. We had a real downpour a few nights back, and they didn't miss a beat. Now, here's the nitpick: the solar panel on top is a bit small. On cloudy days, they don't seem to charge as fully, and the light isn't as bright. It's not a major issue, but something to keep in mind if you live somewhere with a lot of overcast weather. Overall, I'm happy with these solar pillar lights. They do what they're supposed to do, they look good, and they make my patio a much more inviting place at night. For a guy who values practicality, these are a solid buy.

The brightness of the light is perfect in the corner of my yard that isn't reached by the back yard lights. I can clearly see where I'm going in the warm glow of the light it emits from the LED. This is an easy-to-mount and beautiful post light. It's meant to add curb appeal while drawing no electricity. It's fully powered by solar and charges quickly and lasts all night. It looks and feels high quality and should be durable for years to come. Highly efficient and highly recommended!

. This light fixture makes a bold statement from afar. Up close, it shows the good quality it offers. Beautiful glowing light that is inviting and furnishes good function. The part that kicks up the value for me, is the ability to set it just about anywhere without running lines. Just make sure it can get direct sunlight during the day. The set and forget easy installation and great looks aslo adds value to the good quality for me.

Very cool solar powered light that is bright and easy to set up. You can screw into an area or place on top of a pillar, etc. It's weather proof which is good because we've had two days of off and on rain - no issues. Normally, we live in a super sunny desert area so the solar will be put to good use. It's a nice square size that isn't overpowering. I really like this and would recommend.
