I was able to try the Vitanica Ovum AM supplement, and it is very allergy friendly and also vegan! The bottle is also very clear to list all the ingredients it excludes (ie doesn't contain): Preservatives, binders, artificial colorings, flavorings, sugars, lactose, salt, wheat, gluten, soybeans, milk derivatives, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, or shellfish. As someone with multiple allergies, I like that the company lists these allergens. The supplement contains Vitamin D3, folate, folic acid, and several other supportive ingredients such as Coenzyme q10 (as ubiquinone). I got the Vitanica supplement to try out because I also saw the same brand at my local Whole Foods and know it wasn't a random product online.

Needs Vitamin K2 to go with the D3 (vitamin D should never be taken without K2)

These were recommended by our naturopath for ovulation support. I like that these are vegan, plant-based, no fillers and allergen free, and are designed by a naturopath. According to their website, Vitanica practises GMP, their manufacturing facilities are third-party certified and meet all regulation standards set by the FDA, and they are members of the Emerson Ecologics Quality Assurance Program. They have a light smell - smells good - are well within date, and stay fresh in a dark green plastic bottle.

I really like this Vitanica Ovum A.M. It has Vitamin D3, Alpha Lipoic Acid & CoQ10. You take 1 capsule a day. It does not leave a bad aftertaste or any side affects.

i just recieved this item today and it looks like just what the seller advertised. 30 capsules regular sizes and appears like it would be easy to swallow. I will start using this within the next week or so.

These seem like optimal ingredients for care before pregnancy. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not leave any flavor behind.

These are a great way of getting in your daily egg and follicle support antioxidants. The capsules are not too large, and they are tasteless and easy to swallow. I haven't experienced any negative effects whatsoever from taking them. I definitely recommend this supplement.
