I got this product because I work as a housekeeper in a facility and they have a mop handle and mops like this and the one thing I like about it is that you can wipe the floor as a mop dry clean up all your dust balls and anything that’s on your floor whether it’s a kitchen floor hardwood floor bathroom floor whatever and it has like angles that you can 360 angle and everything and it’s really really great and it also comes with a scraper scrub scraper thing that you can scrape the bottom of the mop if it has you know Dust hair or whatever and that works actually good cause I tried it. I also like it because it can be a wet mop and I am tired of being on my hands and knees, scrubbing my kitchen floor with my boyfriend who has a bad back and bad legs and my back and my hip in my knee is always hurting me and I have weak wrist too and I’m tired of scrubbing our floors and I said since I’ve been working at this new job, what a breeze and easy it is doing my job at my work so I bought this particular product and I actually bought extra mopheads to see how they would work on this mop as well even though three of the mop dry mop, things come with it .. the other ones works great. I love it. I actually dry mop my kitchen floor. Then actually wet mopped my floor to prove to my boyfriend that this really does a great job because he was totally against it, and when he came out of his room and saw this, he could not believe how shining how great it came out and all you have to do is wet it under your sink and then you can use your mop and glow floor cleaning with a little bit of water and put it in a spray bottle so it’s already mixed up and you just squirt it on your floor after you dry mop your floor and then you squirt on the mop and glow or Pine-Sol with added water in a water bottle and a pump bottle spray bottle and you just spray the floor and then you use the mop wet of course on the floor with it and take an extra mop that you have the mop head and you can actually dry it and then you rinse them both out and then hang them over something and they dry for the next day and they’re ready for the next use reusable wash it dry it everything now I bought a mop heads with it from another company cause I got 15 and on the bottom of those is all Velcro and on the bottom of the mop handle that I have that I bought has us two solid strips of Velcro or whatever it is to stick to the thing in my other ones fit no problem. This was a great product for the price that it was easy to put together. Loved the way it came out. You have a nice little scraper thing that you can scrape the bottom of the mop the mop thing that attaches to the mop handle to get all the dust balls off if you want and you can also use it to scrape a little bit of stuff off your floor if you can’t get it all off if you if something was sticky or whatever and it works great so all I can say is buy it. It’s great. I’m sorry I don’t have any pictures, but it’s exactly what you see and it’s really really works. Good trust me no more do I have to be on my hands and knees great great product. I have dried my added mop heads at my work laundry area because I work in a facility with elderly and they held up very well washing and drying they have not shrunk or anything so it works good. You don’t have to buy the same mopheads if you don’t want to I happen to have bought 50 mop pads for my job before I bought this mop handle because I wanted to and now I took a couple of those home to see how they would work with my new mop and mop heads, and it works great. Buy it buy it buy it buy it.

Excellent flat mop set! Very easy to assemble, and the lightweight handle makes mopping effortless. The wide mop head covers a large area quickly, and the microfiber pads pick up dust and pet hair exceptionally well. Love that it comes with a scraper tool to easily clean hair and debris off the pad. Great quality and fantastic value for money!

I'm not getting paid for this but I'll gladly take their money. Lol I thought the O'CEDAR brand model of this would be better. NO. It sucked compared to the joy moop. I even go on the Facebook posts if the O'CEDAR knockoff and warn people how bad it is. The joy moop system is far superior. I just wish the mop heads were better made. The cleaning surface is still good, but the tags on the back that hold it in place are flimsy and give up after a month or so. If you're looking to buy one of these types, go for the joy moop. The O'CEDAR is awful. Go look on Facebook... you'll see my reviews of it.

Best mop ever mine lasted for three years the bucket still going but once the mop joint loosens, it's hard to use. So in three years, I'll buy another one, but I highly recommend it. It is awesome works great gets underneath. Everything won't use any other kind of mop ever again.

I wish it was a 360 swivel but I knew it wasn’t before purchasing. However the joint of the handle and head seems stiff to move around. The piece that clips on to the handle is super handy to help remove all the dog hair and debris from the mop. I would purchase again if I need a cheap dry mop.

The mop on this horrible. The one that came with the buckle broke after the use at the bottom of the mop. They replaced it but insinuated that I was putting too much pressure on the mop, which was not the case. Before I realized they were c Going to send me a replacement I went ahead and order me another mop thinking I had gotten a lemon. Unfortunately, they have now all broken. I am not using any unusual pressure on the mops or mishandling them or anything of that nature. If anything after the first one broke I have been extremely careful simply because I really liked the concept of the set. Unfortunately I had to give it a one star review and that is being generous. For me it was a total waste of money. Very poor quality in my opinion.

A great device for easier floor clean better than swiffer. Pad stays in place better.

This is a great mop. The versatility and great drying method and design of the bucket are really perfect for cleaning up quick spills in a kitchen . I have a steam mop, and this has much better convenience and is also lighter sleeker and easier to use than a libman mop or traditional mop and bucket. The downside is this thing just keeps breaking. The magnet that holds it together goes bad. Every 6-8 months or so I have to spend $22 to get a new one. And that lack of longevity and quality is a really downside. The craftsmanship on the magnet is really poor. I have owned one for about 2 years and it’s the same story every 6-8 months I have to replace the mop stick. I don’t like how wasteful that is both for money and the landfill waste. In contrast the libman mop I have that cost me about the same has lasted over 9 years….

I don’t always come back to write a review, but this mop deserves it!! I won’t say I have OCD, but I’m VERY PARTICULAR about traces that some of the mops leave on the floor. This mop leaves none!! It’s amazingly easy to use! Look no further, you found your mop!

This JOYMOOP flat mop is simply excellent. The microfiber pads pick up dust, dirt and hair really well, and it glides smoothly over all floor types. It feels sturdy and well-made, and is very easy to assemble, use and clean afterwards. It makes floor cleaning much faster and easier. Definitely one of the best mops I’ve tried—highly recommended!

This arrived in a surprisingly small box, and I'll admit my first thought was that Amazon had sent me the wrong product. Turns out everything was there—it was just packed much more efficiently than I was expecting. Assembly was straightforward. Everything twists together easily, and I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a cleaning pad included. It's one of those little things that shouldn't be exciting, but it is. Much like batteries, more companies should include the bits you actually need to use the product straight away. It's lightweight, easy to use, and doesn't take up much room when it's stored away. I'd definitely recommend it for cleaning walls, windows, and glass. I don't personally use it as a floor mop, but that's more because I have a commercial cleaning background and already have tools I prefer for floors. For the jobs I bought it for, though, it's been fantastic. Overall, a really handy cleaning tool that does exactly what I wanted it to do.
