Revolution Skin Silk Radiant Satin Serum Foundation, F9W Medium Skin Tones

I’m absolutely in love with the Makeup Revolution Skin Silk Serum Foundation! It feels incredibly lightweight on the skin, almost like a second skin, but still gives a beautiful, even coverage. I don’t normally leave reviews, however, I felt I needed to because buying makeup can be so difficult I wanted to help others out. So for me, I usually use expensive brands- as I get older I’ve realised there is no need and also don’t like having my face caked all day. I have been using a tinted moisturiser for over a year because I cannot stand to feel make up on my face anymore. I was skeptical at first about this, but, wanted to give it a go for longer wear than my tinted moisturiser. Wow I am so glad I did! This goes on like moisturiser but, it sets like a Matte foundation. It goes on so easy (I used a sponge blender) and looks flawless! I thought I would need to set it with powder but I have not needed to. It’s an easy every day foundation that doesn’t feel like I’m wearing foundation, looks amazing and is simple and quick to apply! Perfect for busy mornings where I just need to look a bit more human than I feel. I opted for the f4 as I am fair skinned but usually use a tinted moisturiser for a hint of glow. This matched my skin perfectly and I just popped on a slight bit of blush. Look no further you’ve found your new favourite foundation! I know I’ve found mine.

I have looked and purchased so many different make ups and creams since my skin change during very early in life menopause. This is a good product for that. I’m fairly skin and the f3 suits me as my skin match. I also got the f4 which is a tint darker but not much in the difference. This product is light. Not a lot of heavy coverage just a nice serum, which is not heavy on the face, which is what I was looking for. I can build it up if I want a heavier look if I’m going out. Nice product. The o my thing I would say is if I use it as the only product on my face over my sof, moisturiser then the make up. It does not last a whole day. It’s a product needing a build up.

This is my favourite foundation, it’s lightweight and dewy, the only thing is the applicator, I twisted it off and then I was really confused as it was just a stick rather that what was shown in the picture. Turns out u need to pull it off and then it will be right. Overall great value and easy to use, it feels sturdy and not tacky and the shades aren’t misleading they are the perfect colours to blend!! 💗

I liked the formula on my skin, I have very sensitive skin that reacts to most foundations negatively but with this I didn't get a rash. I loved the 'cool tone /warm tone' chart, I found that very helpful when finding my colour match. Mine seemed to have been opened because when I opened it there was product on the lid of the pump and the foundation was darker than the pictures, also I didn't see the glow that everyone was talking about. But it's a nice foundation that has skin care in.

I love this Foundation. I have tried loads of different one and this one goes on beautifully and stays all day and doesn't clag.

I really like this foundation. It feels light on the skin and blends in easily without looking heavy. The finish is smooth and gives a nice natural look, perfect for everyday use. It also lasts well throughout the day without getting patchy. For the price, it works really well. I’m happy with it and would buy it again.

Really impressed with this foundation. I had my reservations with not usually using a serum foundation, but I am super happy with the purchase. The finish is beautiful and gives a glowy look. The coverage is probably more light to medium but can be built up. It blends well when applied with a sponge or brush (and I imagine fingers!) and it’s great value for money. I used it for a long day out and it was still looking great by the time I got home. Very happy.

Ladies this is a must have for the makeup bag. It glides on with ease and makes the skin look so hydrated and smooth. Even with my textured skin it looks very good. I started off with a shade too light so I’ve been working my way from F5. I have an olive tone and some pigmentation. I think I’m at F7 now.

Mooie kleuren wel heel vloeibaar. Ze vergelijken deze foundation met armani en dat is misschien hoog gegrepen maar zeker top voor deze prijs

Commandé 2 fois en 2 teintes différentes. Après l’avoir tester malgré que la couleur ne convienne absolument pas (photo non représentative de la couleur) la texture et l’odeur sont cependant sympas. Dommage que je ne puisse pas utiliser le produit car beaucoup mais vraiment beaucoup trop foncé pour moi.

Ich war lange auf der Suche nach einem Makeup, das nicht maskenhaft wirkt, das sich leicht auftragen lässt und nicht mit Puder abgedeckt werden muss. Diese Doppelschichten fühlen sich für mich immer so an, als würde meine Haut darunter ersticken. Das Makeup von Revolution ist für mich ein absolutes Highlight! Es lässt sich super einfach auftragen und verteilen und man hat sofort einen ebenmäßigen Teint ohne Ränder oder unangenehmen Rückständen in kleinen Fältchen. Die Deckkraft ist auch sehr gut, aber eben nicht maskenhaft (ich neige zu Rötungen, die das Makeup zu 100% abdeckt). Und es lässt sich tagsüber ganz einfach auffrischen. Ich bin absolut begeistert und verwende seit Monaten nur noch dieses Makeup. Für mich eine Kaufempfehlung, wer nach etwas Leichtem sucht, das vollkommen unkompliziert zu Handhaben ist... ❤️
