Perfect for us whose eyes dealing with computer screens all day
This thing? A total game-changer! So, I snagged both series, put 'em through the wringer, and guess what? Series two totally takes the cake. Both do the job well and are like clouds on your face. At first, I was all about series one—the heat, the massage, it was all there. But then, I started feeling a bit of irritation around my eyes after a marathon session. Enter series two, my new BFF. Not as toasty or intense, but boy, did it deliver without any irritation. Here's the lowdown: series one brings the heat with thinner padding, while series two's got that plush cushioning for a gentler touch. Plus, those buttons on series two? A dream. Big, textured, and easy to find even with your eyes closed. And get this—both shut off after 20 minutes, perfect for those late-night relaxation sessions turned snooze fests. Oh, and the battery? I've charged mine like, once in two months. And have you seen it? Talk about sleek and space-age. Fold it up, take it anywhere—total lifesaver. Seriously, if you're staring at screens all day or tossing and turning at night, this thing's your ticket to sweet relief. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Nice
It's good but doesn't reach the inside edge of eye. The functions are accurate and Bluetooth is good enough to distract from the wearing noise of the kachanics inside as it moves. Good if you relax and need something to do.

Malfunction after 4 months of use
I bought this in March, and it's July now, (been 4 months) and the heat doesn't work anymore, which is a central part of wearing a heated eye massager. Please give me a replacement or give me my money back because this is unacceptable for a device this expensive. There is no way to turn off the bright light when the massager is on, or to lower or turn off the announcer's volume. Its a good device when it's working. It's comfortable and easy to use, but it's durability is terrible and starts malfunctioning after a few months of use.

Better than expected, but Eyeris 3 is better again!
Bought for medical eye conditions, after an NHS Consultant advised massaging an eyelid to help it to close/blink properly. Eyeris 2 , used morning and evening reduced the need for dry eye hydrating drops. Drop application reduced from several times an hour to just several times a day, the difference was amazing! Within a couple of weeks the eye lid was closing better as the massager relaxed the tightness in it. Unexpectedly, Eyeris 2, also reduced the prominence of raised facial scars around the eye. After just 8 weeks Eyeris 2 was taken by someone else, whilst passing through airport security, hence Eyeris 3 was purchased. Eyeris 2 would not have been replaced had this not have occurred. Eyeris 3 provides a quieter, more steady massage experience, seems to heat up more quickly and has a larger area so also treats the temples. Eyeris 3 is preferred but was amazed at the difference Eyeris 2 made to the medical condition.

Noisy. No discernible heat. Waste of money

Well received gift
My husband really enjoyed this. His only suggestion is it would be even better if it had a cool setting too.

Very noisy but aside from that it’s good
It’s not really what I would call a massage headset, more like a pressure balloon. If you expect this to be a rolling back massage kind of tool you’ll be disappointed, but that’s not to say it is unpleasant. The pressure can be unnerving at first (feels slightly like you’re being crushed) but it is never painful. The big problem with this is the noise from the motor; it really is intrusive. Even with Bluetooth connected the motor is loud. I don’t know if later versions have managed to quieten the motor but I’d hope so! When you watch someone wearing it, you can see the unit contracting as the ‘massage’ progresses.
