Effortless Replacement for My 2015 Tahoe
Installing a new battery in my 2015 Tahoe led to a power steering fuse mishap, prompting the need for a replacement. The new fuse I found turned out to be a perfect fit, making the installation process a breeze and taking me only 15 minutes to complete. A useful tip I learned along the way was to ensure the cap on the fuse box remained intact while attaching the negative terminal. With this simple precaution, the replacement was smooth sailing.

Not the right one for a 2500/3500 truck
The item is well made and looks like the perfect replacement for many of these rigs, but not for a 2018 Suburban 3500 HD - or probably for most 2500/3500 trucks. The 175A fuse for the charging system needs to be 250A because of the high output alternator on the HD trucks. So keep a keen eye out on the numbers stamped on the metal connecting plate near the terminals.

Fuse Block is Good, Cable is Iffy
Only down side is the small positive battery cable that this one comes can be defective. I've ordered multiple of these and i would say 1/3 of the cables end up causing the vehicle to not turn on which makes me think the whole fuse block is bad. Fuse blocks are fine but I have had to change the the small positive cable on a few of these.
