Perfect coconut water. Very refreshing! Good with any meal. I'm going to cook with it also. Oatmeal should be good. Shelf stable until opened then refrigerate.

Great taste with the extra coconut. Helps to hydrate better than water alone. I use it before and after motorcycle races for recovery. Also drink it throughout the week for routine hydration. Good price for the container size.

Actually, I bought this item about 4 years and It deed make a satisfactory improvement on my dry scaly shall skin. Bought again on Amazzon not realizing that I had already bought it for Amazon retains records of previous purchases
