ARIATMen's Workhog Wide Square Toe Work Boot

Wow is all I can say. I have the Cottonwood, Ground Breaker and these. I don't need a saftey toe for work. These are not water proof! But cover the electrical hazard and won't Peter out using a shovel. These have the performance insole and the others have the high energy. I have to say right out of the box the most comfortable work boot ever. After a few days of 85 I can say the Ventek is about 15% cooler. These boots are amazing. Comfortable on concrete and dirt all day long. They fit me true to ariat size 12D. Don't sleep on these or your feet will hate you. I'll have many more pair as the others and these wear out.

I like this boot better than my other ariats because of the mesh material. Keeps my feet cooler. Nice and comfy inserts.

I love the color and the design of these, however they were not as comfortable right out of the box as I would have expected. This is primarily due to the inferior insoles (or removable footbeds) used with these boots. They do not come with the ATS gel insoles like my other pairs of Ariat Workhogs did. This is a shame, as now I am going to have to go out and buy (for $20) a pair of the Ariat gel insoles to go with these (Way to go, Ariat! Your plan worked!), As for the "venttek": The mesh (or vented) panels to me seem to be a gimmick, as the fabric in these areas is so thick I can not see how air will pass through it. This is fine for me, as I think any warm air will simply rise out of the top of the boot shaft anyway. Not to sound too negative... I do love the color and the design of these, and I would have given them 5 Stars if it weren't for the cheap insoles.

The media could not be loaded. Fit as expected. Very comfortable right out of the box, little to no break in period. The mesh lining is very comfortable. Seller got them in route quickly and they showed up a day early!

Took about 2 weeks to break in, but changed out the insoles after that. Know they fit awesome

These are my very first pair of boots and I am happy to say - Good Job Hubby!! I have fat feet (wide - hahaha) so I can't shop in the women's department for boots, believe me I tried. So my husband suggested I go to the men's. He also knows that I'm all about comfort, since I've had heel spurs in both of my feet and have to wear orthotics. I've only worn them once (without my orthotics) and they are WONDERFUL! They are a little bulky, but I don't care as long as my feet aren't dying at the end of the day.

They are a very comfortable boot to wear 12-14 hours a day

Bought in July, wore em around the house to break them in. Started wearing them about a month ago for work. Soles started falling off of them immediately have to super glue them every other day. The quality on ariats has been going downhill for the last year or so. These will be my last pair ever.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Boots are very nice they fit good and very comfortable

fit perfect just what i wanted and ordered
