This Selenium product is very convenient, easy to take, no taste does a good job. I bought zinc and selenium to support my immune system. I have Hashimoto and thought may help my condition. I have not tested my hormones but I can say the product work as my hair loss stoped and I do not experience odd sensations in my thyroid area anymore. I do not loose my voice. Hope my blood results in my next testing are good.

Very easy to take. I need 10 drops every morning: it's tasteless, so I put that in a drop of water and drink it after my breakfast. If you need to have selenium, I highly recommend this one.

I try to avoid supplements that come in plastic containers. I have severe chemical sensitivity and even the smell of many plastics makes me nauseous. I sure don't need any more microplastics in my supplements. Hooray for Metabolics! and I certainly hope this product becomes available again.
