The machine is easy to use and makes ice constantly until the basket is full or it runs out of water. The two sizes are really helpful and quick. The machine isn’t noisy when running except when the ice falls into the basket. I would definitely recommend this ice maker

Having seen on holiday with family a similar, but more industrial ice maker I was impressed. On arriving home I decided to do some research and look at getting one. Needless to say, it's a minefield. But, having read reviews, and deciding I would prefer a stainless steel version, I settled on this. My expectations were exceeded. It starts producing ice after about 6 or 7 minutes. The first batch....it makes 9 per batch....we're thin. However, once it got into it's stride, from then on, the ice 'bullets' were reasonably substantial. I decided on using store bought water, rather than tap...my choice...and emptying the basket into a freezer bag, and putting it in the fridge, between cycles. A 2 litre bottle of water produces about 2kg of ice, and takes a couple of hours. I am delighted with this unit, it's reasonable quiet, looks and feels a good quality and seems efficient.

The item arrived quickly and in suitable packaging to ensure no damage occurred in transit. It’s a good size and was easy to set up. The ice is made quickly with very little noise and can store in the basket inside the machine for hours, even on those extra hot days! My only critique would be if you don’t use the ice as soon as it’s made the basket does fill up quite quickly. I’ve also found that the ice doesn’t always fall to the front of the basket and so the ice then stops being made. I also find it quite faff to empty out the unused water as the drain is located underneath the machine. Otherwise it is a great product, makes ice quickly and quietly.

Brilliant little kitchen gadget. Compact, easy to use and clean. An absolute life saver in hot weather. The sizes dont really have much difference but to me thats not an issue. Its no louder than the quiet hum of a small fridge and it can start producing cubes in as little as 8 minutes. Great value for money and would recommend.

UPDATE: Ice maker stopped making ice. Now it's not an ice maker at all.... Ice maker worked great, nuggets were more square than we expected, but the size is perfect. Speed of ice making was amazing. Cleaning ice maker was easy enough, integral part of our kitchen.

Works well and a cleaning function

Ice ice baby. First 9 out generally I chuck back into the tank (stored under the ice cubes tray) and let it run again, gives really good bullet shaped ice. Wouldn't recommend in a gun, but pairs well with scotch whisky.

The machine never worked. The return process was painful. Seller was not willing to engage and didn’t take any responsibility for the quality of the product. Amazon stepped up and kept us whole.

My husband got me this ice machine for our anniversary, and I absolutely love it! I use it all the time, and it works perfectly. The ice is made quickly, it’s easy to use, and it’s so convenient to have at home. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

Los hielos son pequeños, la primera tanda la hace como en 12 minutos y en llenar la charola unos 40. Es más rápido que congelar charolas en el congelador, yo la puse en una cantina que es dónde se necesitan y pues sí cumple el propósito. Hagan caso al manual de tenerla vertical más de un día completo y sin moverla para que funcione bien, es como un refrigerador, solo no le di 5 estrellas porque sí se tarda un poco más de lo que dice en hacerlos, pero está bien.

Works quickly! Doesn’t produce a lot a at one time, but makes a batch about every 10 minutes or so. Do not compare it to a commercial ice machine. If you’re wanting a large quantity for a party, this will not work well. If you want a small amount throughout the day for family use, it’s perfect. Whenever I make myself a drink I put some in my glass, and the rest in an ice bucket we keep in the freezer. If you just occasionally dump the ice in the ice bucket when you don’t need it right away, you can stockpile a decent amount for using a bunch at one time if you want to. Super easy to use, worth the price.

This is quite simply an excellent product. We have this running pretty much 24/7. It hasn't failed us yet (nearly a year) and keeps making these perfect ice cubes with ease and very quickly too. An very good purchase indeed!
