Caviat in case anyone else missed that this does have caffeine in it. (I thought "energy" meant natural energy, but that's okay.)The flavor is like any other electrolyte packet: basically turns your water into koolaid. [HOWEVER, DO NOT USE THIS AS A KOOLAID PACKET. I see others doing this and that is NOT what this is for. If you're trying to enjoy water more, buy koolaid packets. These are for boosted electrolytes and other nutrients!] I have yet to try the fourth flavor, but I'm confident that it will also taste good. The other three flavors are equally delicious depending on your preference; the grape was meh to me but that's just me. My hubs hated the watermelon but I enjoyed it. So for flavor preference, that's customer dependent.Overall this product works as good as any other electrolyte powder. (Plus the caffeine that most others don't have.) I have had no issues!

Best product out there u feel the hydration immediately. Have it on subscription. Makes such a difference! Great product!

I have only used one packet (watermelon) but enjoyed the taste. Hopefully it will prompt me to drink more water.

I was looking for their product that didn't have sucralose, just plain sugar.

These are great! I love how they hydrate AND energize you at the same time, the caffeine content is not too high either which is great if you have a heart condition like me, this definitely beats energy drinks and coffee! I wouldn’t mind drinking them daily!

Was looking for sugar-free electrolyte mix packets, so tried these. Guess the berry tasted okay. Was stupidly just looking at the flavors and had seen the energy and hydration parts. There is sugar and caffeine in these. I'm not used to caffeine at all and wasn't doing anything overly physical, and I barely had any at all, yet I felt like my heart was going to explode. And it says no crash on the package, but certainly met with one. Granted, these issues are due to my own stupidity. Just saying, unless you WANT caffeine and are going to be seriously active, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
