I noticed a benefit from it as far as better bowel movements. I think it needs to be taken consistently with a good diet to maximize the results.

I took this for 2 mos to give It a fair try. After I stopped, I did notice a tiny bit of less mental 'crispness.' BUT I also gave up coffee at the same time! Whatever edge it might have given me is far surpassed by my nutritional yeast... and it's also much less expensive.
