This product has been the best I've tried so far. I have ordered a few different magnesium creams and this one is the best by far. It really helps with muscle soreness and restless legs at night. Helps me relax and has a light scent. Great product!

It was ok not as moist or as slippery as I thought it would be. Wanted it to soak into my skin a little deeper. But it had a good smell

I’m not really sure it actually helps me sleep but it feels and smell great so I put it on the bottom of my feet and back of my calf’s every night. I’m addicted.

I often have tight muscles in my hip and legs and sometimes it is difficult to fall asleep or to stay asleep. There is nothing worse than being woken up by pain and discomfort! I take magnesium supplements orally to help with muscle relaxation and sleep but sometimes it is a more acute issue and being able to use something topically is ideal. Body Butter is a bit of a misnomer because the texture is like a thicker ointment and not at all like butter. I use it solely on whichever muscles are tight and not as a moisturizer. As I use it in small quantities, it spreads easily and rubs in fairly well. The scent is barely noticeable so not at all overwhelming. I feel like it helps me fall and stay asleep.
