The camera takes pretty good pictures. I have mine viewing from the front porch to the street. The pictures near the front porch a fairly clear. The pictures of the cars going down the street are good enough to tell make, model and color. So far, I am glad I purchased this product. I chose to buy the subscription so all of my videos are stored for a month. It's only about $50 a year.

Paid full price to receive some opened, used, repackaged, broken products. Cheap quality, so at least that matches pricing. Should probably be less. Highly doubt it will last one storm (UPDATE: it didn’t.). The SD port isn’t protected at all & the card hangs out the bottom. SD’s had to be 128G; not looking forward to replacing them due to weather damage. The app constantly has pop-ups to buy subscriptions, upgrades, ai features, & cloud storage. Like, every click there’s a pop up. Camera is capable of turning 360, but stops at a certain point for some reason, so it can’t track someone walking across the yard. Tried screwing it in facing backwards, but it wouldn’t budge past those same threads. Now, I will say the images are very clear & the motion detection is VERY strong. Night vision looks really dark live, but records clearly. However, it’s so sensitive it thinks a tree trunk, the flag, the wind, bugs, or rain is a person. Because of this, it records & notifies me every 1-3mins. The sensitivity can be turned down, but the “low” setting isn’t recommended & the whole point is to catch people at the door. Which even that sucks, because I can speak to people, but I can’t hear what they’re saying back. You have to keep your light switches on for them to work, so no battery power. The bot 5* reviews def convinced me to buy. Just gonna use them as indoor cams for when we’re OOT. Not worth the hassle of sending back. Thought I’d at least get a partial refund for being given used & broken items, but I haven’t even gotten a response. 0.5/10, do not recommend.

There have been a few break-ins in my area so I'm testing out the quality on a few cameras before I buy the cloud storage for the year. I currently have these plugged in under my patios, one is plugged into a bulb socket, and one into a regular outlet (both seem to give the same quality, no outages, etc.)Major con for me: The motion detection is SUPER sensitive, to the point where I had to turn it off. Every time the flag would move, even though I would draw my own perimeter in the app for motion detection, disregarding the flag, I would get a notification. The one at the back door would notify me any time a car went by on the street. Because I had to turn the motion detection off, this kind of defeats the purpose of these cameras.Pros: they were easy to install, just plug them in, download the app, and follow the instructions. The picture quality is good for the price. I also like that you are able to pan from within the app, and you can set the display to suit your needs (I turned the bright light off on my front one so it wasn't shining into my neighbor's house - it is that bright).
