I purchased two of these bras to aid my recovery from breast surgery . I'm nearly two weeks into a six week recovery and have found them to be excellent. Very well made. I am normally a 38C bra and purchased Size XXL. The measurements on-line comparing to usual bra measurement recommended going up a size and I am glad I did. Extremely supportive and comfortable to wear, particularly as I was found to be allergic to the medical dressings and had no coverings over my wounds to both breasts. The post-operative bra has been comforting and is aiding my recovery. Wash well. Breathable material, elastic supportive under band and adjustable straps. Would recommend. I am tempted to keep these front fastening bras for future wearing should I make a complete recovery and do not require further surgery. Incidentally previous reviews have complained about the label on the back being the wrong side. On the contrary, labels in garments are notorious for irritating, and I suspect the designers of this post-operative bra thought it sensible to attach the label on the outside of the garment to prevent discomfort. It can easily be cut off too without damaging the bra.

Perfect
So comfy! My surgeon provided me with a lipoelastic one after my augmentation but I needed a spare so purchased this one. It gives a great cleavage but with full support and comfy straps. Love that it doubles as a sports bra for after the healing process. Great value for money

Comfortable to wear
I bought this bra after having surgery and I wanted something comfortable, but also supportive. This bra does that, it’s easy to fasten up at the front. The only issue I had was that the sizing is quite small so I had to return one and get a bigger size. If I was being picky, it would be better if the support came a bit higher under the armpit as well, to help the swelling there, but other than that it’s a really nice bra for post surgery.

This is very tight around the ribs!
The bra itself is a lovely shape, with supportive and soft fabric. The cups fit very well. However, the band that goes around your rib cage is extremely tight and leaves red marks where it cuts in. This has been painful around the bruised area following surgery. I did size up (from small to medium) but actually could have done with a large, although the cups would presumably have been bigger and not have had the best compression? I can only wear this with the bottom three hooks undone. It was not cheap, so I'm a bit annoyed as I can't return it because I've worn it a few times.
