It’s after breaking down on us and hasn’t been moved since we connected it. It seemed to be very good but we don’t know why it’s packed up.

Look and feel of the product is very good, the interface is easy to use and setup. However, it drops stars because of the random inconsistent network drops, you could be watching a show on IPTV, Netflix or Prime and then it just stops & there is a freeze. When you check the network card settings, you can see the network card looking for the network again. Yet, other people in the family are using an Amazon Firestick or laptop/tablets without any drops at the same time. And the only fix for the z-mini is to reboot it, then it works perfectly for another hour other two before it fails again. It's for this reason only, why I'm sending it back, I see other users with the same issues experienced, which is a pity, maybe it's just a faulty one I received and some other users.
