Water definitely softer and tastes so much better. I live in a very hard water area and my Phox has made a huge difference. Slick glass base so no nasty micro plastics. Ease of installation. Value for money. Good size and excellent filter quality. Very happy with my purchase.

I confess, this is quite large, actually bigger than I had imagined even though the measurements are clearly given in the description. Fortunately it blends well in my kitchen as I have dark cupboards and worktops so this isn't a problem for me. It feels like a good quality product, I can't taste any difference between the water from this and bottled, store bought water. My kettle hasn't calcified since using the water produced. I am pleased from an ethically conscientious pont of view that I won't have to throw away lots of plastic each time the filter has to be changed and, very importantly for me, from a practical point I am pleased that I don't have to store more bulky filter cartridges. Very happy.

I'm really pleased with this filter jug. The water tastes noticeably better, and the assembly process was a breeze, thanks to the clear instructions. While the cap could fit a bit tighter, and the filter part makes it a bit bulky for storage, these are minor quibbles. Overall, it's a fantastic product at a great price. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their tap water.

We live in a very hard water area & nothing seems to work to remove the chlorine taste & chalk build up in my appliances. I've used a well known brand water filter but still had to descale my kettle every week. I thought I would give this a try & I'm so glad I did !! I used the filter for hard water & I'm so impressed..No horrible taste, kettle is like new. This is fantastic I would highly recommend this product & so nice that there's no plastic waste. 🙂

Pros - Does the job to soften the water - Reduce plastic wastes Cons: - It is not a well designed jar. You have to "precisely" screw the filter into the jar. If you are not in the right angle, not matter you screwed it tight or not, the water will drip from the side of the filter, not from the bottom, which means the water is not filtered. I never experienced that with the traditional Brita Cartridge. - the jar is really small, you can only fill ~600ml of water at a time. I have a 1.7 liter kettle, it takes 4 times to get enough water.

It's good but not perfect! The silicone ring slips off so easily !

I'd been using Phox refills in another filter jug for a while, but this is superior. Glass is healthier and more.aesthet8c than plastic.
