Great for shared office! Mic noise cancellation is incredible
TLDR: mic cancellation = amazing, price = not too bad, not budget, features = too cool, buy them? = yes! My husband and I share an office and I had no idea that my airpods werent great at noise cancelling during my meetings until a co worker brought it up. He is on calls all day and have a very loud voice. I watched too many youtube videos demo-ing noice cancelling mics over 3 days and after putting a few choices in my cart I decided on these because of the reviews and price. You CANNOT tell there is a person less than 10ft from me talking to people all day. I recorded a sample video on both google meets and zoom. Both times you couldnt hear anything in my background. We used an noise decibel app and his voice projects around 60-75 decibels depending on how loud hes talking for reference. They are a bit pricey for just a headset but worth the piece of mind. Im about to buy a second pair for my husband bc he says they fit his head better than his work issued headset. The only gripe I had (which was resolved) was the annoying "muted" "unmuted" voice prompt when I would mute and unmute BUT I discovered the epos connect app and that feature and many other features can be customized. I chose the tone prompt, theres also an option to remove a prompt all together. I also love that there is a little red light on the mic when your muted to avoid whoosy during calls, like singing when you think your on mute lol They were just plug and use.

I bought this because the ANC feature actually works!!!
I recently bought the Impact 860 headset, and I absolutely love it! One of my favorite features is the sturdy headband—it’s made of plastic rather than rubber, so it doesn’t strip like my previous headset. Another great feature is the mic’s auto-mute function. If you lift the mic from your mouth to your ear, it automatically mutes, which is super convenient. But the standout feature for me is the active noise cancelling. As a stay-at-home mom who works from home, this is a game-changer. It effectively blocks out background noise, whether it’s my baby, neighborhood dogs, or the garbage truck honking outside. With my old headset, I constantly worried about noise interference, which gave me anxiety, especially when I had to manage my child or deal with unexpected loud sounds. This headset has made my work life so much more comfortable and stress-free. I can even move around and know that background noise won’t be picked up during calls. It’s a significant investment, but completely worth it if you’re looking for reliable noise cancellation. Trust me—this headset delivers on its promise. If you need a quality noise-cancelling headset, the Impact 860 is worth every penny. Invest in yourself and get one!

Lifesaver for those working from home with kids!
These headphones saved me while working from home with a toddler. They have great sound quality, they do an excellent job of blocking out background noise so others cannot hear (toddlers screaming in the background) they fit nicely on your head and can be worn comfortably for hours at a time. I think they are great buy for the money and I would highly recommend them!

Well worth it! If you need a quiet area to work or study!
The fit is comfortable, the design is sleek and professional, the portability is good because you can use the usb a on computer or laptop and USB c on iphone. The value for the money is pretty fair because if the sound quality. On my laptop it was literally plug and play but then when I tried on my cell phone the first call sound was distorted but after calling back they could not hear my background on the other end of the call. Overall the quality is good if you need them for work or study meetings etc and need to minimize distractions and background noises. 9/10 Score

Very Mixed Feelings
Packaging is plain, nothing else except for the headset and the USB-A to USB-c adapter (a pretty one tho). But it's not a consumer-oriented product so no surprises there. First trials were horrible: mic would only selectively pick up my voice after the initial start of the call, then it stabilized. After firmware update, not an issue anymore. But. While the mic excels in providing exceptional wideband voice recording, its background noise removal is lacking. It effectively eliminates most sounds when you’re silent, but the moment you begin speaking, it starts picking up background noise. Though not overwhelming, this noise is noticeable to the listener. Once you stop talking, the noise vanishes, but this doesn't address the issue, as it reappears as soon as you speak again. I will update. Update: mic stopped filtering background noises even when not talking, tried on multiple devices. Reset didn’t help either. Absolutely disgrace. Wanted to get 1061T as a second daily driver, but obviously won’t anymore, and 860T was returned. Using Powerconf H700 now. Not wide-band but mic’s ENC (and headphones ANC) are far superior. Disappointed, had such huge hopes for it. :(

I had high hopes, I returned the item.
I spent months looking at reviews for the best plug and play noise cancellation headset and I chose this product. I had high hopes for this headset, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations after almost a month of using. While it’s decent overall, I don’t think it justifies the price. I’m a work-from-home professional with an infant, and I was hoping this headset would help filter out noise, especially crying. Unfortunately, it doesn't do a great job at blocking external sounds, unless you're using AI-based noise cancellation in software like Teams or Zoom. When I used it with Five9 (a softphone/dialer), the crying was still clearly audible, which led to problems. In fact, I failed a QA and received a final written warning because my infant’s cries were picked up during calls and it is against HIPAA. If you're planning to use this headset for calls via AI-enhanced platforms like Zoom or Teams, it might work fine, but don't rely on it for regular softphone use if you need complete noise isolation. Additionally, the headset isn’t very comfortable after long periods of use. The padding could be better for extended wearing sessions. The best part about it is the simple plug-and-play setup and great customer service as the return process was smooth, but beyond that, I can’t recommend it for professional use, especially if you have a noisy environment at home.

Superior noise suppression
This headset has saved my life, there is no better product for WFH purposes. Hi-Tech, works for any device with a USB-C port and the noise suppression+ cancellation is beast status. Absolutely worth the money.
