They are ok gloves for nothing too heavy duty. The girls use them for hair colouring and nails. I use it when making up my steaks. Not great under the bonnet they seem to split a little too easy. They have now put the price up so it's a no from me.

These gloves are perfect for messy jobs like decorating. They are easy to put on and don't tear unlike other similar gloves I've bought. Sizing is accurate too. They are more blue than violet but that doesn't matter.

Buy these regularly for household jobs , they are not too thick and are deal for most household jobs

I'm a caterer and go through a box of gloves every 2 weeks, which is a lot. Some I used to buy were just rubbish - they would tear while I was putting them on, some were so thin they'd tear just coming out of the box. Until I found these ones. What a relief, these are soft, robust and well fitting - a great glove, which I will be using exclusively from now on.

Right off I have to admit that I misread the description for these gloves mistakenly assuming them to be "powdered". I have a problem with the current fad for powder-free gloves in that it makes them hard to put on, unless your hands are bone dry, and the force required usually ends up ripping the glove. These gloves are labelled as extra large; they aren't unless you have hands the size of a child's. Also, being nitrile I thought they would be resistant to tearing (see above), but sadly that isn't so.

General keeping hands clean whilst working with greasy or staining or with chilli etc. Bought Lilac colour to avoid being accused of taking the blue version home, from work. Great fir mowing the lawn, no more green hands from emptying the grass box and cleaning the mower. Always have a couple of pairs in my back pocket for unexpected dirty jobs, such as checking tyre pressure on the car, picking up pet poo or sticky sweets etc etc.
