Please don’t listen to any of the bad reviews saying this is foggy. It’s perfectly clear once you remove the protective plastic on BOTH sides of each acrylic piece. It’s so easy to remove and protects the acrylic from scratches prior to getting to you. Each pocket is pretty tiny which I could have figured out more specifically by looking at the dimensions but it’s perfect for my tiny shells and I’m going to go back for one to hold some bigger sized shells. 💯 recommend.

Love these for my Miniature shells that i tediously collect when in SW Fla. they are perfect for display

We wanted to use it to display tiny shells, but it's not nearly clear enough. The photo shows it completely transparent but the back is nearly opaque and the cover is only slightly clearer -- it's like looking through very, very dense fog. There is a protective film but the case isn't transparent even once the protective film is peeled back. It won't work for what we needed.

I do like the idea of this case as it is a clever way to display your shells or crystals and maybe even some beads, but the compartments are very tiny.

The shells would have to be half the size of a dime to fit. A pair of earrings will not fit, just to give you an idea this capsule won’t even fit.

This was the perfect gift for my husband who loves to collect sharks teeth he finds on the beach! My 5 year old niece loved it so much I ordered one for her too!

Nice! Used for tiny shells. Take the plastic coating off. Ha ha

The magnetic covers on either side are not clear-they are semitransparent and cloudy. Product is cute but would have been nice to have a note to peel the film off all sides to get to the clear acrylic.
