These are good quality and offer good compression. You cannot wear them alone as leggings as they are more like tights, but they are great for compression if you have edema problems like me. They are comfortable and you can wear shorts or pants over them. I just got them so cannot say how long they will last. I will update later. I ordered another one because these seem pretty good.

I love that these are stirrup style and compress well around the ankle & knee while leaving the toes free. I can wear with any shoe any time and I love them: At first so thought these were too tight to fit and that I would snag them. Now that I looked at the description on the Amazon page of how to put them on...I LOVE them. They feel great. I didn’t know if these were more nylon stockings or tights. I was uncertain or the transparency of these, If underwear or legs would show through. The answer is...the butt cheeks are like stockings and do show underwear, literally there is an oval around each butt cheek that is thinner, to provide less compressions i assume. The rest of the tights are tights on the legs and waist. I wish these were less see through on the butt so I could wear alone during yoga without having to cover the butt. The tights could still snag/pill on a rough fingernail, but I don’t think you’d get a full run like panty hose that keeps running, more like a one-time localized run and a ball of thread from the snag. These are fantastic and I cannot wait to buy another color.

I put these on as soon as I received them. I had been wearing thigh high 20-30 mmHg for two months straight due to sclerotherapy. I was happy to reduce the compression to 15-20 mmHg, but wanted to continue wearing compression to not make my condition worse. I opted for stocking this time as I have thick thighs and the thigh highs were leaving an indentation on my legs. The material was soft and the stirrup style was also a great option. I read someone else mentioned tightness on the foot. Unfortunately, I experienced the same issue and thus rated 4 stars. I am 5’2” 120lbs, purchased the S/M. Even with this flaw, I will be buying more in different colors due to price point and overalll comfort. It did take a while for me to figure out the adjustment of wearing stockings vs thigh high. It was more comfortable and easier to readjust after each bio-break than I had anticipated. :) I plan to machine wash these in a mesh bag on delicate cycle. Will update review if I experience issues. Otherwise, I recommend these stockings. UPDATE: See video…I found a way to buffer my foot from the tightness of the stirrup edges using my orthotics. I am very pleased with this and no longer feel pain! Also, washed in mesh bag on gentle cycle and air dried, no issues. Definitely recommend. I bought another two!

The compression is probably a little light for my circulation needs, but they are very durable and extremely comfortable. As I learned sizing is a very important factor. Too big in the waist and you have the issue of them constantly sliding down, even with a diaper on. These are a perfect fit and stay up all day long. I absolutely love them. Thanks! Ken

Do like them but after 2 wears, a hole developed in the crotch area. Still wearable but not great quality by any means.

This is my first time giving such a low score to something, I bought this for my post surgical recovery to help with the swelling, I couldn’t use it right away due to my incision but today for the first time I wear it and not even 8 hours later it got three holes close to my underwear area in between my tights and it’s not like I was being really active because one of the things that I have is that I cannot move one of my legs, so the quality of this compression pantyhose is awful.

I LOVE these tights! They are EXACTLY what I need for my specific circulatory issues. They are extremely well-made & a SUPER value. In the past I have paid at least 3 times as much for individual stockings, both knee & thigh-high, that ended up causing additional problems at both ends. I still have marks on both upper thighs due to excessive swelling while wearing thigh-high sleeves for approximately 1/2 day over 2 months ago. Although I live in Hawaii where it's always warm & at times humid, these tights are very breathable & allow me to layer full-length leggings over them with ease. I might also mention that I walk everywhere I need to go on a regular basis, & do not live in an air conditioned atmosphere* I'm a 60+ yr old woman who is all too familiar with feeling "overheated," yet these tights incorporate into any day's weather & walking conditions with ease. The panty area is super durable & has the added bonus of high-wasted slimming. I wouldn't change a single thing about these wonderful tights, & am going to order 3 more pairs as soon as I am able. Thank you for providing a product that has greatly improved my life! P.S. I just received them yesterday & have already had the chance to put them to the test. I ordered the grey in size M/L (I'm 5'2" & 135 lbs) & the fit is ideal. I will be ordering another in grey as well as 2 in black.

GREAT for any medical career where you are standing 8-12+ hours per day! Save your legs, invest in “this” compression pantyhose. I’ve tried a few, “this” one knocks it out of the park, wash after wash; cold water with regular clothes, air dry, holds shape, durable; take your time putting it on. Worth the price!

Die Hose sah toll aus. Kompression war super, aber am Bauch hat die Hose extrem eingeschnürt. Das konnte ich keine 10 Minuten aushalten. Ich trage eine 40iger Konfektionsgröße und hatte Größe L bestellt. Daher musste die Hose sofort zurück und ich kann sie daher nicht empfehlen.

I like the product, but on the 2 nd day of wearing, the threads on the bottom of legs startrd pulling out. I m still wearing them.

Sizes are not correct. I can’t even return the product to get my correct size. Horrible
