I’ve tried a few electrolyte powders and my favourite was the SiS Lemon flavour. I ran out and needed some urgently so tried these and they are way better! The taste is great and found that they work much better when I’m sweating heavy during a run. I put one in a bottle of water and drink about 90 minutes before running and definitely feel the effects afterwards. No more headaches or migraines after running. Highly recommend.

I won't lie, I first starting using these to help with / avoid a hangover, and they do a great job of rehydrating after a few too many drinks. However I've now also incorporated these into my day to day routine particularly after exercise - I definitely find myself feeling much better during recovery if I incorporate a drink of one of these. I've tried a few flavours and lemon lime is definitely the best.

Not a fan of the taste but does the job I think. Packaging is nice and handy sachets are good.

I love them. It actually tastes amazing! They are not sweet they are quite sour like lemonade. However, if you do have a very sweet tooth, you might not like them as my boyfriend unfortunately does not like them. However, he is very used to having a lot of sugar.. anyways me are perfect

I have been buying these from local supermarket 3 for £7-50, they have stopped selling them so have come to Amazon. Exact same product but so much cheaper

Good and easy but cheaper & more natural to mix water with natural salt, grated frozen lemon and honey

These are brilliant especially for my 85 year old Mum clears here mind and has resulted in no more UTI since I started her on them. Mind you can get 30 for £22 in Costco

My absolute favorite and tastes delicious
