Works great, wonderful entry level dac. Worth every cent.
Fantastic DAC for the Price – Plug-and-Play Audiophile Boost I’ve been using the FiiO KA11 with both my iPhone 15 Pro and a Google Pixel, running it through a USB-C splitter—and it works flawlessly. It was completely plug-and-play, no setup needed. I tested it across multiple apps—Tidal, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, HBO—and it delivers excellent sound consistently. The clarity and depth really shine, especially when paired with my CCZ Melody and Moondrop Chu2 IEMs. The iPhone’s EQ settings (I love the Late Night preset with the Melody) take it even further. It does warm up after about 15 minutes of use, but I didn’t notice any unusual battery drain. I have over 100 hours of use out of mine so far. Build quality is rock solid—it feels heavier and more premium than you’d expect for a $33 dongle. If you’re looking for a compact, high-quality USB-C DAC/amp that just works and sounds fantastic, this one is well worth it.

small powerhouse DAC very good sound, better than KA13, Jcally AP6, and so much cheaper.
Amazing! I have a Jcally AP6, Fiio KA13, Fiio QX13 and although the QX13 sounds better the KA11 is by far much louder and very close. While the QX13 is slightly cleaner and has better soundstage, and has an PEQ its also nearly 10x the price. Compared to the Jcally and Fiio KA13, the sound quality to me, is nearly equal to the KA13 and to me better than the Jcally, while being much louder. I have IEMs and the other DACs driving those are a toss up, but driving my Sennheiser HD560s the other ones are soft, i have to max out the volume control or get close to it, the KA11 is a little over half to have the same volume. At $35...to me its hard to beat. Its get loud enough to drive my Hifiman Edition XS ok.

Works great for 3 months
Got this because I wanted a little more volume and quality than the basic adapter affords, and for that it's great! The sound quality was fantastic and volume was great. Which is about where my praise ends. 3 months after I got my first ones, they stopped working. I assumed it was a fluke since everything else about the product had been fine leading up, and the return window was still open, so I swapped for a new one. 2 months later, broken again and the return window has closed. Decided that since I couldn't return it I'd break it open to see what went wrong...two of the wires were attached with hopes and dreams and had come loose over time. Way too expensive to be this flimsy- if you want a product like this, find an alternative or pray for an infinite return window.

Great purchase!
Works perfectly with my iPhone and has enough power to drive the Fiio FT1. It seems to be very neutral, not coloring the sound in any way. When conecting the FT1 to my Yamaha AS501 the bass becomes too overwhelming. Not so with the KA11. The only negative is that it is quite power hungry and drains the battery when connected even when not in use.

Good sound but hate the light that never turns off
Good sound quality and has a great build quality. The dongle feels more premium than Apple's USB-C to 3.5mm adapter. It is similar length to the Apple dongle but slightly longer. It is definitely wider than the Apple dongles though. My only complaint with this adapter is the small LED light that stays illuminated when receiving power from a single device (plugged into my iPhone 16 Pro). You cannot turn this light off and it is quite bright in the dark (I like to listen to music to fall asleep).

It works great on phone, a little less with a fire tablet
While, I bought this with a pair of Fiio JT1 headphones, they're pretty great, works well without issue on my phone, I use it in minimum phase, fast roll-off in the app and also use it on my Nintendo switch for clearer audio quality. Audio quality is really good, it even drives a 250 ohm oneodio monitor 80 open-back I have decently enough.my main issue happens to be with Amazon's fire tablet. Not particularly sure why, but it randomly cuts out. Which sucks because the fire max 11 I have has dolby audio built in. Not sure if it's the dongle or if it's an issue with how Amazon locked its OTG features and it might be causing an interference. The audio is very clean and defined but then cuts out at random like the audio is catching up, unfortunately it does get pretty warm too. I like the audio quality indicator. The usb-c fits securely on my devices.,it also feels like high quality aluminum, the black/silver gives it a minimalist look and the headphone jack locks my headphones connection securely.

Nothing short of exemplary
I originally bought this to try out on my PC, and while it works great for it (I can play at a much higher sampling rate on top of louder playback), what stunned me was how great it works on my phone. I didn't think it would make much of a difference on my phone as it already has a headphone jack, but I was wrong. Yes, it makes it louder but there's so much more to it than that. It sounds AMAZING at higher levels, with zero distortion even when the volume becomes painfully high. This is such a superb value for what it does. There's a drawback, and that is when I use it on my headphones (but not the PC) it gets pretty hot. In fact, I had to return one because it would stop working when it got too hot. But I've put its replacement through its paces and so far it hasn't had the same issue. It's just something I'd advise people to keep an eye out for. Otherwise this is a stellar product and I highly recommend it.

Great dongle, still not worth it for me
I got this dongle in hopes that it makes my ATH-M50x's sound "bigger" while also being perfect for my phone and being pocketable.. And it does! In fact, this thing makes all of my headphones sound louder and more wide, as well as having little to no static noise, AND being plug-and-play, but why do I think it's not worth it- what's the catch? Well I have bought two of these because the first one after heavy use (running, everyday walking, plugged in and out of computer repetitively) started to disconnect itself if bent slightly near the stress relief. There was no crackling noises, or visible tears on the cable but if I bent it right, it would POP and I would have to wait a couple seconds until it reconnects. So I got another one and lo and behold, it did it again within two months! The exact same way and same spot! So once I saved enough money I just bought the FIIO BTR13 which is like, double the price but more flexible; has Bluetooth and USB mode (UAC 1/2), has a clip and outputs much more power. If this never happened I'd give it a 5/5 stars but it's just not reliable enough for me. Maybe if you have an office job where you don't move it, or just use this at a desk/car... then maybe it's worth it but I'd rather save for something else. Also, this dongle supports UAC 1.0, as in some game consoles can connect to it (like my Nintendo Switch, although PS4s can too) and it's what I did, but you need to use the app and manually switch it to UAC 1.0 first, otherwise it doesn't work. And yes my Switch sounded a lot better and can drive larger headphones.

A Good Steal & a Bargain!
Sheeezzzz!!!! I am now going back to wire headphones 😁… sounds louder & better! clearer vocals! and mid-range are top caliber. Thanks to this bloody gem! This is a must to all Headphones! Gen. X’s let’s volt in! So easy to set-up, just bloody connect to any latest mobile phone devices and that’s it. I’m using my Sony’s WH-1000XM6 Headphone + connected to my iPhone16 Pro Max. Just a reminder, you can’t use or connect to Sony’s Sound Connect app when using your FiiO KA11 USB dongle. But I think you don’t need tweaks for EQ to get a better sounds. The sounds coming out are great. I am so thrilled & overjoyed having this! Best Buy indeed.

Por el tamaño hace un trabajo increíble.
Tiene muy buena potencia, y no parece lo que hace. Lo utilizo con Simgot EW300 y va de lujo. Se calienta un pelín pero nada preocupante
