Good light with good customer service by Elephantboat
Bought 2 of these lights in June. Light looks good, However, within less than 2 months of purchase, the light started flickering. As per local electrician, this loght is irrepairable. Spoke to Amazon customer service for over 1 hour, with no resolution as they stated there was no warranty on this product. I then called Elephantboat directly. Their customer service has been excellent. They are now sending me a replacement light with no questions asked, despite no warranty. Happy with how they handled the issue. Hopefully no more issues will arise with this product.

Amazing product
Great appearance and brightness. As it is gift, I did not install it and just tested by connecting to powerline. But looks easy to install.

Lack of review
I was so close to not buying this product due to its less review by anyone. However, took the risk and bought it anyway it comes in one piece and yes it's slim but not as much as the image but slimmer than the ones u can get from the locals. It's worth a try

Got damaged in a month.
i had a purchase of ELEPHANTBOAT® 24W LED Ceiling Light for Room Modern Minimalist Square 30 * 30cm Ceiling Light 3000K Warm Flush Mounted for Living Room,Bedroom,Office this products. and it got complaint. not working in one month. what shoud i do. can i get it replaced or any service support? Strongly not recommend the purchase without extended warrranty.
