Do not buy
Product stinks of burnt plastic under heavy load, warranty is with some Chinese website that looks made by a child. I have lost my money and Amazon don't wanna know after 30 days.

Won't turn on after a while
The PC worked excellently for 2 weeks and when we moved to a different location, it stopped working entirely. The on button is just red and will not turn on at all. Disappointed in this product Edit: customer service is amazing and very responsive. Feel free to ask them any questions about troubleshooting or replacements!

Very disappointing
Although the product is very attractive, and the prospect of having a fanless PC hidden behind a monitor is quite appealing, in the end, it could not play a video from a streaming service in 1080p without visible shearing and dropped frames. Returned.
