This works well enough for my piles but it’s not quite as good as the leading brand, the one in the blue & white tubes. That said, the product reviewed here is absolutely fit for purpose, hence the five stars, and it doesn’t sting, yes this review is somewhat subjective but when it’s cheaper than the other brand and does the job, give it a try. The cream is excellent and has a numbing effect it works very well and you don’t need very much so it’s cost effective it works well as a painkiller and with the anaesthetic as well it gives you comfort and pain relief .
