I couldn't believe how many of these you get in the pack. We used them for packaging some gifts and used them to fill the bottom third of all the garden pots with summer bedding this year to save on the cost of compost. We still have loads left.

As described. We have used them in a tortoises hibernation box.

I'm sure they will do the job just fine - and there's not really much more to say as polystyrene peanuts are polystyrene peanuts.

Item was absolutely as advertised. Used it to fill some pots as some other buyers on here did. Just to advise that we ordered the 5cuft box, which turned out to be 46cm x 46cm x 61cm or just over 4.5cuft. Wasn't a problem for us, but if a specific amount is important to you then take care to order the correct amount.

Used these as a thermal insulator medium in a sealed plastic container. Ideal for my requirements. Got some left over for other uses. Bit expensive for what they are.

I like that they're recyclable. They're a bit brittle but just fine for void fill in boxes. I bought the 2.5kg box and it will las me a long time. Also great for half filling garden planters in the summer to lessen the amount of compost needed and make them lighter to move around.
