I spent about $300 for some special tests. It showed I was way low on folic acid. This is what my doctor recommended. After a couple of months, I could really tell the difference.

Heads up regarding strange smells…
I first ordered the 30 day supply of these supplements and loved them. But when I ordered the larger 60 day supply, I was hit with a strong sour smell upon opening the bottle — I thought they had gone off and ordered a new bottle, but the new one had the same awful smell. If this happens to you (as I have seen in some reviews) — the pills are not spoiled, it’s the desiccant pack they use that claims to be “lemon” scented (but I’ve never smelled lemons like that). I guess they must use different ones in the 30 vs 60 day bottles because my first bottle I ordered smelled like nothing. After removing that and airing the bottle out a bit the smell is totally gone. Now I can take my pills in peace without having to smell rotting fruit first thing in the morning. Taking a star off because of the smell, and because customer service never responded when I reached out to ask whether the pills I received were safe to take. But still 4 stars because they do work well.

Works great on auto ship
This product is just what my doctor recommended. I take it every day since I have MTHFTR. I set myself up on auto ship and that works great so I don't miss a day. I am happy with this product the ingredients seem pretty clean,

Great supplement, but beware!
This supplement works very well for me. However, when my son took it, it gave him several side effects, like anxiety and about a half dozen other undesirable side effects. Just do some research and be aware that some people have a very different reaction to 5-Mthfr than others. Be aware of what the side effects are and stop taking it if you have them! It is a great supplement for me, but it is not right for everyone.
