These aren’t the best inserts I’ve used. They were quite uncomfortable to wear as the edges weren’t cut properly so had bits sticking out. Also don’t feel they did much in the was of pushing up.

since having my kids things don't always sit where they are supposed to so having these in my bra have really helped with my confidence and make things look better for me. they are of great quality and feel really comfy even after a few hours.
