This is an excellent supplement for increasing dopamine and improving mood. It also boosts energy; no jitters, just noticeably increased mental and physical energy. I take it every morning and feel subtle effects all day. My college-aged sons take these too, and they have a noticeable difference in mood and no longer procrastinate like they used to! Definitely helpful in their high-stress college course loads.

It actually works great! I take 2 capsules before evening and feel energetic, clear-minded until late at night. Moreover, it doesn't disturb my regular sleep or affect my ability to fall asleep in the early hours, and I have no noticeable side effects upon waking up.

Update: It's still a waste of money but the seller offered a FULL refund and fulfilled it, so at least they're not dishonest. Im changing my review from 1 to 3 but actually no to a four it’s very rare for suppliers to be this honest even on Amazon I'm not against anyone getting their medication as long as it works, and this one clearly doesn't, it feels more like a scam, keep looking. Absolute Garbage don't waste your money even if you're looking for a small kick in focus it doesn't even do that, they're more like placebo tablet than anything else are empty pills, they're complete ineffective in giving the brain a ounce of clarity or clearing up brain fog, zero value for your money. As for body aches it doesn't seem to affect sleep quality or pose any form of upset stomach, everything runs fine but its almost like an empty tablet. So in terms of digestion and stomach aches or upsets that is fine. Its just compeletely ineffective and show's zero value for your money.

This product gives me energy, focus, motivation, and uplifting mood; it eliminates the awful brain fog and fatigue I was dealing with. It doesn't make me jittery or overstimulated, very helpful on busy days!

I've been using this product for a few weeks now. If I run out, I definitely notice it. It helps me focus, my memory is noticeably better. It helps me with programming and design, and pushes my career beyond my expectations. I'm leading in my field, handling multiple projects effortlessly. Excellent product.

I don't usually write reviews but this supplement really does work to boost my mood. I got this because I watched a video saying dopamine precursors could help with ADHD, for me it didn't really help much for my ADHD but my mood improved my overall productiveness. It did put me in a better mood than my usual super grumpy pessimistic self, making me more positive to tackle what I've been wanting to do instead of quitting instantly from failure. Overall mood improvement is worth of 5 stars.

Definitely not the best supplement out there. i felt like trying a different brand to switch it up on my body and was completely left bummed out. I for sure wouldn't buy again. Hardly any noticeable effects, no elevated mood, and no energizing properties whatsoever. Do not waste your money if you already have a supplement you're happy with.
