I bought one of each of these 4 flavors to give as treats for my two dogs. I have a 15 y.o. miniature poodle who will eat absolutely everything and a 8 y.o. labradoodle that is super picky. I knew of the labradoodle didn't want it that the mini would eat it. To my surprise, they both turned their nose up to it. First, my mini gummed it for a few minutes, spit it out and left it on the floor. No way... not my garbage can minature poodle, but yep...she wouldn't eat it. The dog treats are gummy texture so I thought that was the issue. Also, my dogs are not used to "fruits". So I tried each of the 4 flavors. The only ones they would eat were the pumpkin and berry and the apple and carrots. I was so bummed. The ingredient lists were soooo clean. The size was a perfect bite size amount, so not a huge portion. Just enough as a treat. Honestly, the ingredients and smell were good enough for me to try (but I didn't LOL). So a couple days later, I gave it another go and sure enough...now they eat all 4 flavors. I think it might have been texture and the "fruits" but now we're fans of all. I've added these to my subscribe and save monthly shipments and I'll be happy to supplement their diets with these yummy "fruit" and "veggie" treats. Thanks for making such a clean and wholefood treat!

I’ve ordered these a couple of time and recently ordered them last week. When they arrived they were stale and dry. It was unusual and thought there was something wrong with them. I ordered them again just got them today. The ones I received today and soft and chewy. When I tried to return the stale ones, it says they are not eligible for return. Beware, the product quality can be inconsistent.

i like to give fruit/veg treats & no meat (that's for mealtime)… about a month ago my dog had oral surgery and has 8 teeth remaining, so i need to have soft treats. i tried the apple & carrot--they are very stinky and sticky, which he doesn't mind, that's just my problem. the bag is pretty small, not a lot of treats in it (also very expensive!), and if i weren't so fussy i'd probably "break" (squish?) the treat in half when giving it to him to make the bag go further. he gets this one after his last trip outside to go potty. he's a rescue cairn terrier, and it took quite awhile (months) to get him to eat what i "served" here (i had 2 other cairns at the time), but ultimately we got around his finicky palate & he began to chow down--he was most likely getting quite hungry too. i mention this BECAUSE he is still pretty particular about what he eats, and he loves these. i just ordered a bag of the strawberry & banana ones. let the chowing & treating continue.

I really wanted to love these PETIPET Apple + Carrot treats because the ingredients are clean and the texture is soft and easy to chew. Unfortunately, my puppy just wasn’t a big fan of the flavor. He’ll eat them occasionally, but they’re not the treat he gets excited about. I still appreciate that they’re healthy and plant-based, but they just didn’t hit the mark for my pup’s taste buds.
