Deluxe CD/DVD edition includes bonus DVD containing videos for each of the album's tracks. 2012 full-length debut from the international sensation. In the past two years, Iamamiwhoami has surprised, delighted and intrigued in equal measure. Beautiful and mysterious music videos began to appear online, both surreal and visually sumptuous. Speculation was rife as to who the artist in question might be whilst the videos generated millions of hits and created a huge online following. Over time the singer was discovered to be Jonna Lee, though little was known of her or her collaborators. Plaudits followed including a Swedish Grammy award for 'Innovator of the Year', plus nominations for two MW online music awards in 2011 and the 'Digital Genius Award' this year. Review: Can't listen to this enough! - OMG! Just perfect! iamobsessediam! New, but familiar. Energetic, and calming. First time I listened to this album I was a little disappointed, but I went back to it a couple of weeks later and it grew on me, and grew, and grew... Best album of 2012? Maybe! Unlike similar acts, this is a really full album, full of ideas, and I hope they keep producing more and more.... Review: Artistic Swedish electronica - Initially didn't like this as much as the B.O.U.N.T.Y singles, but it has grown enormously on me. Strong melodies, powerful beats, lush, grainy and buzzy synth textures complement Jonna Lee's ethereal vocals. Wish I had lyrics as she is so quirky you want to know what it all means. Probably my fave of 2012.

Excellent Swedish electronica
This is iamwhoami's intermediate step in her journey to her recent (Nov 2014) sublime album BLUE. It is more raw than BLUE, less polished but nonetheless a great piece of melodic, eccentric Swedish electronica. Recommended.

Stirring . . .
This is the most expensive CD I have bought in a long time, but it was worth it! Looking forward to more offerings from iamamiwhoami. :)

Good
Very good CD, especially for those who are not as familiar with Jonnna Lee's work as it contains all of the music videos as well as the songs. Only complaint is that the actual CD cover is only made out of a light cardboard and smudges with fingerprints easily.

Great album!
If you liked previous Iamamiwhoami releases then you'll probably like this too. Of course it's Jonna Lee's voice that's the glue to the whole thing but the arrangements are excellent too. The visual style of the accompanying video version of the album gets a bit 'samey' but the tracks themselves are superb.

Worth the wait
This is a great first album from the artists behind iamamiwhoami. If you like dreamy electronica with mysterious female vocals and cryptic music videos, you'll love this. I've enjoyed their videos on youtube since their debut in 2009 when they were an anonymous band everyone was speculating about. It's nice to see CO-OP Records representing iamamiwhoami, and marking the band's transition from an online visual art and music experiment to a touring musical act with a debut album. kin has some very strong tracks- album opener "sever", dance-y "play" and "in due order", and mystifying layered "kill" in particular. It's a short album, barely more than an EP, but the length is understandable when you know that there is a music video for every song. If you buy the digital version of the album, be sure to check out the videos on youtube (and their earlier "bounty" videos) because they are a big part of the iamamiwhoami experience! The physical cd/dvd is handsome but minimalist, echoing the black cube in the video for "goods" and used in the band's live performances. I know I'll enjoy watching kin's videos as an arc. After loving iamamiwhoami's online stuff for so long, I'm happy to own their debut album. I preordered it June 5, 2012 and did not receive it from Amazon until over four months later, November 7. This is a great album and it was worth the wait, but the ever-changing availability from Amazon was very frustrating. If you want the physical cd/dvd, you may do better by ordering directly from the band at towhomitmayconcern.cc and not waiting for Amazon to import more!

Kin Audiovisual Album
This minimalist package includes an audio disc and DVD of all 9 Kin songs. The album is a visual and sonic masterpiece that will make you dance, cry and everything inbetween. Highly recommend!
