Disappointed
Bag quality looks good…unfortunately im not keeping it. On the box and add, its a 65L bag + 5L day hydration pack. My first order was replaced by Amazon and both packages were incomplete. They were both missing the 5L hydration pack. The pack is 5L not the bladder. So while i was excited to get a good quality bag at a great price and bundle, the fact that both orders were incomplete made this purchase a disappointment

More straps and buckles than any other bag, extremely versatile
This bag is pretty good. I had it stuffed with clothing and the zipper for the lower part was failing, it was too much tension on the zipper. I managed to get it zipped , but it came apart a second time. Once the bag was less full, it was no longer a problem. Fortunately, this bag gas a lot of leashes and straps to tie gear to the outside. It can accommodate an impressive amount of extra external gear. These straps can be used creatively, allowing for many survival tricks. This is definitely a bag for BG, seeing how he cannibalizes gear to suit the situation. I like the lower pocket with pass thru, it makes it much easier to reach stuff at the bottom. The water bladder hangs evenly, and the bag has twin steel spring supports; it distributes weight comfortably. The back and straps have dense pads, I did not fatigue early from this bag. It’s a mid-tier quality bag with a lot of thoughtful features. Great bag if you like more straps, longer straps, extra loops and ties. The overall shape is similar to my other good hiking bag, and the material is a little heavier. It has more contours. If it weren’t for that zipper being functionally critical yet not tough enough for what I fit in the bag, I’d give this five stars. It has two straps to hold big things in the bottom if the zipper fails, but if it does, the bag has no more bottom. That’s a huge thing to rely on a zipper, any zipper. I’d design it with a continuous panel to the bottom front and center, with two shorter zippers on the sides for bottom access, and a double strap to pull those parts together so the zipper can zip withiut being under strain. If that zipper doesn’t eventually fail completely, it’ll be a good value. the water bladder is optimized, the strapping/leashing potential is extra, it has all the expected pockets and a clean profile, and it is comfortable to wear. My experience hiking with it is positive, I look forward to making this my regular day bag.

Nah
Zippers were weak. Cheaply made. Surprised Bear put his name on it. Returned the item and picked up the Teton brand, which is a good value.

Well Designed Backpack
This is a pretty good design for a backpack or day pack. It has sturdy zippers with orange pull tabs so you can get the pockets open. It has a top that clips down so it should keep a light rain out. It also has a drawstring closure that I am not super fond of but it is effective enough for a day pack. It has a separate storage in the bottom for just about anything from shoes to a towel. The tube is not lined. I have an prefer a couple camelbacks with the tube in a liner. Even if it does not provide much insulation from the heat or sun, it protects the tube some. The bladder is fairly large and easy to fill. The only other thing is the pack is a little small if you have a large chest and shoulders. It is not meant for large framed guys. All-in-all, this is a good bag for hiking, biking, or just a day at the range and you can stuff a few extras in there with the water. There is enough room to put some small or flexible ice packs in the back with the water if you wanted too. The bag is sturdy and, again, works for a day out.

Never Give UP
This is a great daypack. It has the features of a full backpack compacted into this daypack. You could use it for a minimal overnight hike, but not much longer. Just to reiterate the features are listed on the ad we appreciate: - the carry handle - the access to the main compartment from the top or from the bottom - the large, padded shoulder straps - the stay-dry webbing for your back - the small pouch storage on each hip-strap, the large, easily secured hydration bag and the well positioned motto "Never Give Up" that is imprinted on the inside of the top, zipper pouch. Unless the entire pack is waterproof, my only downside comment is that I've looked for a stuffed-away rainfly and couldn't find one. Most packs today come with a waterproof, rainfly in a zippered pouch at the bottom of the pack, but I'm still looking.

Received returned item.
This would've been a great backpack but the box and packaging it came in was definitely a returned item. I didn't get to use it for my trip so I was bummed out about that. Returned.
