Works Well
I use the massage gun for a few minutes two to four times a week. I've only ever used it on the lowest speed. The device does charge slowly, but in the two years I've had it, I've only needed to charge it once. The massage gun has not broken in any way.

Works great until it doesn't
I am so disappointed... We bought this in May and it has been a dream for our achy muscles and joints. My husband uses it daily. At the last charge, it completely froze up and will not work. All four charging indicator lights are on but there is no response from the power button. It's odd that the lights are on, since this indicates the unit is on, but it is not running. I've looked up multiple fixes for this, but none have panned out. Upon using Amazon customer service to find a resolution, I get in a loop of "past your return window" blah blah... I'm going to look into warranty coverage next. I will update with those results.

Intense but portable
Powerful for its size. I was very impressed. I admit I was concerned about the price, cheap massage guns tend to stop when you put a little pressure on them to get a deeper massage. This massage gun is not cheap. It is well built, feels heavy for its size, and is powerful. It comes with four attachments and a booklet telling you the preferred muscle groups for each attachment.It has a rechargeable battery that lasts around 2+ hours depending on setting. Used and defective 😡
Very disappointed with my purchase. I was really looking forward to receiving and using my new massager, but unfortunately, it was a bad experience from the moment I opened the package. The first thing I noticed was that the massager had scratches and a dent, which was very disappointing for a brand new product. To make matters worse, it wouldn’t even turn on, so I didn’t get to use it at all. And charged it before using it and nothing happened.I expected a new product to arrive in perfect condition and actually work. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I’m very disappointed with my purchase
