Smooth, flush design on the remote controller handles. Can't feel the seam really. Which is important because I returned another charger stand that looked just like this one but you could feel the seam and the charging pins were smooshed down. It was by JHZWD and is apparently no longer available by them. Very thoughtful to include FOUR (4) tiny magnetic USB type C dongles ! Those things are wee tiny and easy to drop and lose. That said, from time to time, my headset complains that there is dust, debris, or liquid in the charging port. I just remove and replug the dongle and the error goes away. It's annoying enough to give 4 of 5 stars. I don't know what needs to be done to reduce that error but I get it maybe every 4th time I use my VR Headset. I love that you can turn the RGB off. I don't care about that feature. I like that there's a visual battery charge indicator on the stand. It was thoughtfully designed and easy to use. Totally worth the money! No more buying a ton of batteries for the joycons! Nor charging batteries and swapping them all the time. Seems fragile enough to put out of the way from kids, pets, and drunk friends. But who would want their $300+ VR headset out in a place where it could be damaged anyway?!

Got it for my sons desk for Christmas he loves its and it's saves us on cords breaking on the time.

All I can say is don't buy this product. J originally didn't want to waste money on buying so many batteries for my quest 3s. However now I'm thinking it would have been a better option as originally everything worked fine. But a few weeks in I notice the charge level on my controllers said fully charged. However next second they had no battery and the lights on the stand said fully charge. I tried everytjing to fix it including looking at yhe manuals insuring everything was facing the right way including the battert and controlller charging pins. However nothing worked so In the end I ended up buying a charger/PC link and some rechargeable batteries with case. Don't waste your money on this product

Love the quality of the charger but it just stopped charging. The light won’t turn on so I’m worried that it completely broke. My son loves this charger. What should I do?
