Insane cooling device!
The airflow is strong, the cooling plates get frosty cold and it actually blows cool air. Let's dive in to more details: Noise level: It's quiet due to having the fan on the back, which allows it to be more quiet and offer a strong air flow, compared to those who have the fan on the side, which causes the fam noise to be heard louder. Battery life: Using the AI mode, I got almost 5 hours of continuous usage on a single charge. It's very impressive. By using it on full blast, I get almost 3 hours of continuous usage on a single charge. -Side note: It does work great with a power bank, for hours and hours of usage. It does limits the fan speed but it still offers impressive cooling. Use a 5V/3A power output (could be from a power bank or charging cube) to comply with the correct power requirement. Weight and neck adjustment: It's not heavy, which makes it more comfortable to wear for hours. It hughs the neck freely, since remains at the position you leave it at. I can spread it out a bit more to feel the airflow better. APP: The layout is very intuitive. It's easy to use and and understand. I do wish to be able to see the actual battery and fan speed percentage but I think it could get added later on, with future updates. The unit has buttons to change the mode, cooling/heating intensity and fan speeds, but I don't like them. There's better control with the app, than with the buttons. Cooling performance: Ahhhhh! That's so refreshing! Literally, that's what can be said. It does push cool air (takes a few minutes to get the best air cooling since it needs to cool down a small radiator inside to cool down air as it passes through). The plates get very cold to the point where frost starts forming on the middle. I live in a tropical island, and we're under heat advisories or extreme heat warnings most of the time (temperatures above 102°F). On my first heat advisory, we had a feels like temperature of 101°F. When I tested the device, it was having a bit of difficulty trying to cool down. I checked the app and tested an option called Cooling First. That made the miracle on it. The fan kicks in to the highest setting and it lowers the temperature all the way to 61°F. After a few seconds, the fan speed lowers a bit, and the cooling plates start to get cool. After about a minute, the air feels cooler than the ambient temperature. It's never going to be as cold as an air conditioner, but it definitely feels cooler than the ambient temperature. It's a great device to stay fresh during summer and this hot days we're living, and unfortunately going to keep living.

Aice lite AC/Fan review
Ranvoo Aice Lite review: Appearance: Sturdy sleek blue grey elegant Air Condition/Neck fan device. Seems hefty but actually wears comfortably around the neck & weight is surprisingly not noticeable. Sits steadily around the neck. I was quite surprised that it was stable & I was able to wear it without issues for fairly strenuous activities like: zumba, dancing & speed walking. Ease of use: A definite plus that it was easy to use. On/Off button & +/- button to increase or decrease wind speed. On/Off button also toggles between Cool mode (C1 -C3); Fan mode (F1 - F3); Heat mode (H1 - H3). Additionally, there is a user-friendly phone app you can access when using the device. Efficiency: Yes, the AC & wind fans speed help with relieving some of the discomfort from the heat & humidity. It was nice that Ranvoo was able to remotely install software upgrades that we could download so as to increase the wind speed & allow the device to increase the cool air speed. I hope they continue to improve the coldness distribution feature. Heat feature: There is also a heat feature that may come in handy during the cold winter & can potentially be useful for winter activities outdoors. Pinch-free: Ladies, I can confirm that your stray hair won’t get stuck in the vents or get pinched. Fan noise: The wind blowing from the vents are definitely audible (even on silent mode) but a bit less noticeable outside. The cold air being blown somewhat compensates for the noise. Battery life: Based on my use, on C3 at 16 degrees celsius, maximum wind speed while on Cooling first option, the battery lasts for 2 hours. The company claims that on Fan mode & natural wind mode, the battery can last between 5 - 20 hours (which I have not tested). Recommendations: Although the cold plates provide some heat relief, I would have liked to see more stronger cold air blowing through the upper & lower vents. I hope these can be addressed through future software updates. It would have been nice to have a hard case to carry & protect this piece of expensive technology. Since most people will be using this device for its cold feature, it would be nice if the coldness or cold wind forcefulness being blown could be increased further to help lower our body temperature when very hot outside. I hope this can be improved further. I like the simplicity & ease of use on the device itself & via the phone app. Overall, this is a neat device which can be used inside very satisfactorily & obtain some heat relief under the uncomfortable heat or even while exercising. I look forward to continued improvements being cascaded through software updates.

Quality product but..
So for starters, I've had RANVOO 2024 [No.1 Coolest & Most Portable] AICE LITE Neck Air Conditioner, for over a month now. I wanted to wait to post a review until I knew what my pros and cons were about this unit while still giving it a solid chance to be everything I wanted it to be. With that being said. I live in Texas and it is almost July. If you don't know what that means because you live somewhere else, let me give a quick glimpse into a regular summer day here. 6 AM it is already 85⁰, by 9 AM the "real feel" is somewhere 95⁰+ with AT LEAST 80% humidity, and the remainder of the day is at a temperature where only Satan would be comfortable outside. Unfortunately, my 115lb great dane/weimaraner mix, does not care how hot it is in the mornings, she still demands her 2 mile walk. Now that you have an idea of how miserable it is here during the summer months, let's get into the pros and cons. Pros: 1). Even though I still sweat my butt off during those 2 mile walks, I can attest that using ranvoo during it, actually does help quiet a bit. I tested that theory out multiple times over this past month and I can honestly say, 10/10 times I will have this on every time I step out that front door. 2). The cooling plates are 🤌🏼 and I like that they go all the way around to the back of the neck. Most neck air conditioners that I've found and tested only have plates on the side of the neck so they aren't as effective. 3). I do appreciate that all "modes" have their own pros and cons so you can pick and choose which ones you like best and which ones you won't be using. 4). The battery life, at least on mine, has been fairly exceptional. With walking 2 miles, every day (rain or shine), mine typically lasts about 1.5 weeks before needed a re-charge. Cons: (I only have 1 so far) 1). The fans.. alright, so the fans on this unit are both good and bad. I put them in the cons column though because they lean more in the bad column.. at least for me. They do work pretty well and the flow can be 👌🏻, BUT, if you have medium to long hair or even baby hairs on the back of your neck that don't reach to your updo.. well then.. your hair will be eaten by the fans 🫠. Happens to be on a daily basis and has become a HUGE annoyance. It also can hurt to remove the unit because of the hair it's grabbed/ripped out. Overall, I gave it 4 stars because it is an excellent addition for those who struggle in the heat or who simply just get hot but the fans ripping hair out on a daily basis has really irritated me. Due to the time of year, I haven't tried the heat setting but I'm sure those will come in handy during the "winter" months.

Very ‘cool’ product.
I had previously purchased a ‘neck fan’ and immediately found that all it did was blow air and did not provide cooling. I began looking online again and located the Ranvoo Aice Lite cooling fan. While the fan was a higher price than my previous fan it seemed to have all of the things I was really looking for as well as an added bonus of heat, and an iPhone application to control its use. I found the multi speed cooling to be very nice - while at the same time not blowing directly into the ears as my previous fan did. This cooling fan also provides adjustment around the neck (I happen to be a pretty good sized guy) which made for comfortable wearing. One additional thing was that the fan(s) are not noisy - allowing me to listen to other people talking, the TV, or AirPods with minimum bother. While I have not really done much with just the heating or fan alone speeds/settings yet as I live in Hot Arizona, I believe they are going to be helpful when I need them. I did note that when the outside temperature here in Phoenix was around 103-105 degrees the Ranvoo struggles to keep me cool but I guess that is to be expected, especially when I am busy outside. This fan seems solidly built, is not too heavy or noisy and seems to do exactly what it was designed for. I would recommend this fan to anyone needing more of an air condition cooling unit over an air fan.

Nowhere near as advertised
I have a laser temperature detector and in a room that was 84°F I was only able to get it down 11°F to 73⁰F. (At max power.) At max power I was only able to get 3 hours of use. Not to mention that there's no way to clean out the fans especially for people who have long hair you know about half the population... Little tip to the manufacturer work with a company that makes coolers for phones because those can actually get decently cold to the touch. That's the technology I thought I was getting in this except more. Wouldn't be nearly as bad if it didn't cost $200 and it wouldn't be nearly as bad if you didn't lie in your advertisements. First off you claimed it got much colder around 30° f cooler than the ambient temperature And you only got about 1/3 of that. You claim it gets all day battery life and again it only got 3 hours and that's me being generous by rounding up. So first off put it at a reasonable price secondly don't lie as much or at all, and lastly make it to where you can clean out the fans... Now if you just want something to lightly cool you off a bit and you don't have long hair and you don't mind carrying around a massive power bank then it's great. Oh and I had a power bank that was 25,000mah and that thing was barely able to extend the battery life to all day. so you're going to need to spend about another $100 to be able to get all day battery life oh and that's not counting the cable that's fast enough to actually get that wattage in there fast enough because the cable that they included wasn't good enough to keep it going at full power while charging that is unless you plugged it in while it still had 50% batteryor more. Even then it did lower over time and then I had to let it stop charge up some and then I could cut it back on.

Not quite the Arctic, but a short trip to Siberia
I picked this up out of equal parts curiosity and desperation—one of those “maybe technology can save me from sweating through my shirt” moments. The Ranvoo Neck Air Conditioner definitely wins points for concept: portable, rechargeable, and aimed squarely at people who daydream about wearable climate control. In practice? It's a bit more “concept car at a tech expo” than everyday go-to. The Good: It does blow cool air, and when you're sitting in one spot (say, a gazebo on a 95-degree afternoon), it's actually pleasant. Battery life on low lasted about 3 hours, which was enough for my stint of stillness. And I did feel cooler with it on than without. The design is sleek in theory, if you're into the "assistant engineer on a sci-fi cruiser" aesthetic. The Not-So-Good: The battery on high lasted about an hour. That's fine if you're preparing for a short, intense burst of comfort, but not ideal for being out and about. It's bulky, and not subtle. You’re not slipping this under your collar and pretending you’re not wearing it. People will notice and possibly ask if you’re okay. It creates white noise directly into your ears, which is a weird experience. Be ready to say "what?" more often than usual in conversation. Final Verdict: If you're going to be somewhere warm, for a limited time, and you don’t care if people think you’re wearing a prop from Star Trek, this is a passable way to fight the heat. Just don’t expect it to replace shade, hydration, or your dignity in high-fashion circles.

Works for both heating and cooling
Very pleasantly surprised by the cooling ability of this device. I don’t know if it would last longer than a couple of hours with continuous use, because it does consume the battery rather quickly in cooling mode. Have not had a chance to try the feature where you can charge during use. The cooling feature comes on fairly quickly and delivers a definite cold feeling to the plates inside the neck band. The cooling can be felt from both the fans and the plates that touch the skin. Did have a chance to try the heating feature on a rare cool spring evening, and really enjoyed the warmth provided. The app works well enough, and the device pairs relatively quickly upon opening the app. Overall, the ability of the device to measure and respond to ambient temperature is a solid feature, and the direct control of fan speed and desired temperature was good. Have not had the opportunity to try the AI feature for any amount of time yet. “Silent” mode of the fan is not 100% silent, but is significantly quieter. Charging uses USB-C and it takes about the amount of time expected to charge. No case or bag is included. This feels like a big omission on the part of the manufacturer, as the device should have some form of protection for travel and storage. The included USB-C cable is adequate in length. Otherwise the packaging included a small pamphlet with quick start instructions and information about downloading the app. Seems to work well on humans of different sizes, and is not so heavy that it feels burdensome to wear. This feels like a great device if you are outside enjoying the weather and doing light-duty activities. I do not know how well it would work for someone who was performing a very active job. We have tried it at our local zoo, the dog park and an outdoor festival.

Extremely straightforward and easy to use.
I've been using neck-based cooling fans for years and after my umpteenth 40-dollar supermarket neck fan kicked the bucket, I finally caved in and got something that actually had teeth, and boy howdy does this thing work! I discovered this fan on a whim from one of my favorite gadget youtuber Techmoan, who after seeing his honest reviews on so many products and watching him give this thing a good thumbs up, I was convinced to get an Aice Lite. The biggest takeaway from this product comes from its sheer ease-of use, just take it out of its really lovely packaging, press the little button on the left arm above the display, and put it on! The phone app is really nice and easy to use and pair the Aice Lite to, but I was surprised to find that it isn't really necessary, as all features can be accessed simply by pressing the power button or holding the rocker buttons to adjust to what I need on the fly. Unlike your conventional neck fan who's intakes and fans are usually located on the very end of the devices arms, increasing weight and discomfort on your clavicle, the Aice Lite positions the fans near the center back where they are fed fresh air through grilles in the very rear of the device and flanking the sides, pushing air along what I am assume through a sort of Peltier system and close to your neck, up your jaw, and down your center back with ease! The Aice Lite also has contact-cooling where the inner ring of the device is cooled by the device's system and feels like a dry and pleasant ice pack to the touch! I tend to wear collared shirts and this device has no trouble getting air past the collar to cool my skin, albeit at the cost of the aforementioned contact-cooling. As someone who drives a school bus, this thing is invaluable to my line of work while driving in the unforgiving Texas sun while committing more of the bus's AC power to my students, and the design of the device allows it to usually stay on and still feed me fresh air even when positioned against a bus seat.

Very cool gadget!
I had never heard of such a device before, but I am glad I pulled the trigger and bought the Ranvoo AICE LITE. Right out of the box you can tell this product is high quality and solidly built. It’s also surprisingly lightweight when you place it around your neck like a horseshoe. Even before you turn it on, the ceramic feeling plates have a natural cool touch to them. Once activated, those same plates take only a few seconds to immediately start cooling and you can feel it along the full sides of your neck (from front to back) plus at the back of your neck at the top of your spine. The cooling plates can get quite cold to the touch depending on how low you dial in the temperature. The fans along the side and back of the device help to push the cold air up around the sides of your neck and bottom of your ears while the fans at the back help push the air down the top of your spine and back. I only wish that those fans at the back were a bit stronger to really blow down strong underneath your shirt. You can also use the device with the fan only activated and no cooling, but the entire point of this product is to activate those cooling plates and get the full experience. Even on the highest setting, the noise level of the fans isn’t loud enough where you still can’t easily hear conversations and sounds around you. Of course, the colder you turn down the temperature and the higher the speed of the fans eats into the battery life, but overall, the battery life is pretty decent and can be charged fairly fast if you use a fast charging phone/tablet brick when you plug it into the wall. In the box a charging cable is indeed included (USB C to USB A), but not the charging wall brick. I also wish a carrying pouch or hard protective case was included in the box, but I understand this was likely done to keep costs lower. I was able to find a cheap headphone hard zipper carrying case on Amazon that fit the AICE LITE well. This device also has a heating function which I briefly tried, and just like the cooling function, those plates get warm within seconds. Of interest, I don’t believe you can activate the fans at the same time while the heat function is turned on. There is also an “A.I.” mode which measures the ambient temperature around you and adjusts the plate cooling levels up and down to reach your target temperature that you set. It’s important to download the app to get the most out of this device. In the app you can specify exact temperatures between a range of 16 degrees Celsius to 30 degrees Celsius and you also have a slider to manually adjust the fan speed beyond the default 3 speeds using the +/- buttons on the unit itself. There are some other interesting modes in the app as well and you can also upgrade the device firmware. Lastly, the device is pretty secure (but not tight thanks to the adjustable hinge) when placed around your neck. I don’t feel like it’s ever going to fall off while walking around and doing normal regular activities and chores, but I would probably avoid something like biking or jogging while trying to wear this. Overall, I am very happy so far with the Ranvoo AICE LITE and I look forward to using it this hot summer. It actually does what it says and I was quite surprised and pleased by that.

Not just a fan, it cools too!
I love this! Cooling plates can get extremely cold, just make sure you adjust them in the app. For those of you who are wondering, the cooling plates cool down & it also blows cold air. It feels just as if you’ve put a cold towel around your neck which also happens to generate a soft cool breeze. I live in the UAE and it’s extremely hot here throughout the year, this has made life a little more bearable whenever I’m outdoors or inside a hot area (parking garage, mall, airport, etc..). Just don’t get this with super high expectations, if you’re out in the scorching heat it won’t magically transport you to the north pole, it just makes it a lot more bearable. I’m literally recommending this to everyone I know, just buy it and don’t think twice
