From Avantone’s website: “AC Input: This input is only to be use with the proprietary AVANTONE Power Supply. Tighten the cable/connector securely for reliable operation. Note: There is a switch on the power supply for selecting the proper AC/MAINS operating voltage for your location.” So it sounds like it should be fine with 220V

Its connections are Balanced XLR & TRS Input. This cube is specifically designed for Audio Mixing purposes to give a very flat mid to high frequency response. It is not an audiophile's dream, it is more like an old mono TV speaker or cheap boom box which is something a mixing engineer would care about as he strives to make his product sound good in all environments, hi-fi and lo-fi... It is also "active" which means it has its own amplifier on board and requires AC power (supplied power/cord comes with). You cannot use your computer Headphone jack to drive this puppy... A: it is mono & B: the wiring is different from headphones and balanced trs/xlr... I'm not sure what your purpose is, but if you just want to listen to music this may be your worst choice...

Do these come in a pair of 2 Monitors?

No this is for a single monitor. I bought it to reference for mono compatibility.

How to make a mono connection to a 1/4 headphone output?

You should be able to set your DAW, your interface, or all output to MONO, then use a TRS to TRS or TRS to XLR cable to the cube. You will want to unplug or otherwise silence your regular monitors. I haven't even tried to use a head phone jack but a TRS to TRS might suffice.
