This screen mesh is great! The reviews are mixed so I decided to wait until it had been up for 3 days to write a review. We had high winds one day and a heavy storm the next and no issues. I do feel the instruction pamphlet left out an important step, which is on the back of the box. When working with 3M adhesive it is crucial that it has time to cure. The box stated 2 hours however I waited until the next day. By then the adhesive was bonded to the frame. The mesh is a little stretchy so it did take some adjusting to get a smooth flat finnish. Patience! If you put this up in 10 minutes then yeah, it's probably not going to work. Overall, I think it's a great product.

I purchased the Flyzzz DIY Self-Adhesive Window Screen Netting Mesh Curtain to keep insects out during the warmer months, and I have to say, it worked really well at first. The screen was easy to install, and the self-adhesive hook and tape made it a simple DIY project. It fit perfectly on my window, and it was great at keeping bugs away while still letting in fresh air. The black mesh is discreet and doesn’t obstruct my view too much, which I appreciated. For the price, it’s a solid option for a temporary solution. I was really happy with it for the first few months—it stayed in place, didn’t sag, and did its job. However, after about 6 months, the adhesive started to lose its grip. The screen began to fall off the window, and I found myself needing to reattach it several times. It’s clear that the adhesive isn’t meant for long-term use, especially if the window gets a lot of direct sunlight or changes in temperature. While it worked great for the summer, I wouldn’t rely on this screen for long-term use. If you need something quick and inexpensive for a short period, this is a good choice. But for something more durable or long-lasting, you might want to look for a sturdier option.

I'm using this to replace the glass panel off the side of my pc for better air flow which worked amazingly, I dropped 12-15c in both cpu and gpu but this velcro adhesive is terrible I cleaned the area and then left this to stick for 24 hours before applying the netting to it. I made sure the net was NOT tight so that it would not pull the adhesive away from the surface but it didn't matter, every morning I have to re-apply it and throughout the day I have to run the included stick along it to get the corners back on. I'm considering just hot gluing the net to the case instead.

the tape it comes with it is the crappiest thing ever created on earth and will NOT last more than a month if it will even make it through a day. I suggest if you are set on still buying it, to get stocked with a good glue gun and get ready to glue the tape down because that is what I was reduced to.

Screen is fabric like and adhesive is sticky. Worked for my project. I cut it up.
