Can you recommend speakers with phono pre amp?

I know of no current speakers that have a phono preamp in them. There are many routes you could go. Either buy a record deck with a phono pre amp in it, I believe Project has a model and poss other makes. Then use a suitable amp inputting at line level or a conventional turntable and an amp with a phono input. Then use passive speaker's like the Q Acoustics. Other than that use a turntable connected pre amp with a wireless output to active speakers that have power amplification inside them for example KEF LS50 wireless. Other makes are available.

Are these Bluetooth and Can these be used without a amp ?

3010i are not bluetooth speakers, they are a passive speaker so need amplification. M20 is an active speaker so doesn’t need an amp

I have a rega planar p2 turntable paired to a denon pma720ae amp. i have brand new 4mm kabeldirekt cable, will these speakers be suitable?

The amp is a little overpowered for these speakers, however with careful use of the volume control you could use them. However I think if possible 3020i or 3030I would be a better match. They are quite easy to drive. The cable would be best advised to be terminated with either banana plugs or spade terminals if possible.
