Perfect Workbench for DIY Projects
As a DIY enthusiast, the Keter Portable Folding Table has been an incredible addition to my workspace. It's sturdy and easy to set up, making it ideal for various projects. The built-in clamps are a fantastic feature, holding materials securely in place while I work. I appreciate the portability; it folds up easily and is lightweight, so I can move it around my workshop or take it to different job sites without any hassle. One thing that stands out is the table's stability. Even with heavier tools and materials, it remains steady, which is crucial for precision work. The workbench surface is spacious, giving me plenty of room to lay out my tools and materials. It’s also great for larger projects where I need a stable and reliable surface. There’s really not much to dislike about this product. If I had to mention something, it would be the initial assembly, which took a bit of time to figure out. However, once set up, it’s been smooth sailing. For anyone into DIY projects, this workbench is a game-changer. It has improved my workflow and provided a dependable work surface that I can rely on for various tasks.

Works as advertised, no assembly required
It's amazing how sturdy this thing is for being a super-portable compact folding-table. They say it is rated at 1000 Lbs capacity. Hmmm... I don't know about that... maybe if you stacked that amount of weight on it slowly, and made sure it was evenly distributed... it just might hold that much. I know I can sit on it and it doesn't wince. The unique (and patented) folding system provides several interlocked supports: two on the side, one in the center. Those fold into place and lock very easily. The main braces connect the upper and lower surfaces. Those, in turn, hold the aluminum legs in places quite rigidly. The net result is the entire table is VERY sturdy and remarkably stable too. Because the tubular legs are of fairly large diameter, the entire table is quite rigid... astoundingly rigid considering it's light-weight. The super-nifty cool-gizmo factor is in the way it instantly and automatically opens. Go look at YouTube videos. This thing really works like that! The clamps can fit into slots so they can be used as a pair, much like a bench vise. Or they can be slipped through the hand-sized holes to clamp vertically and hold boards DOWN to the surface. If you are familiar with the excellent Irwin Quik-Clamps, you'll instantly understand how these clamps operate. However, these clamps have an extra function: not only the feet move, but the clamp-heads move too. There are many times I have wished for that feature when using other clamps! These clamps are light to medium duty though. They are not as rigid or powerful as the heavy duty Irwin models. But they are fast and convenient, certainly strong enough for many DIY, home-repair and craft / shop project applications. What's delightful, besides the nifty way it unfolds, it how compact this is. When collapsed or "closed" it is only a few inches wide. That slim profile made me worry when I saw the box arrive, because I thought it was going to be another "some assembly required" nightmare. Nope... This comes FULLY ASSEMBLED, but in the closed position. You just open the box, remove the protective "warning" tape, read the brief clear illustrated instructions and Bam! It's open! I am a sucker for workshop gadgets. Over the decades, I can't tell you how many dozens of workbenches I have tried; all of them promising stuff they never fully delivered. The Skill multi-function bench had some neat ideas, but was made so cheaply it never worked well and didn't last long. I have tried rolling work-benches, tool-cabinets, clamping stations, workmates... you name it. All of them do a few things OK, but all of them were also cheap, inaccurate or difficult and flimsy. They all quickly found their way to garage sales. This is the FIRST TIME in my fifty-plus years of woodworking that any folding bench-table-clamping-center doohickey has EVER worked as advertised. Really. No exaggeration. Go find the videos. It opens just like that. Even on my first try it worked perfectly. You really can sit on it. The clamps actually lock in place and really do clamp with fair holding power. It folds up fast and takes little room. There are several hand-holds built in, so it is easy to move Up & Down stairs or through tight doorways. I often need to move to the basement or outdoors for DIY projects, so that compactness and those handles are a boon. It would fit in a smart car. I could fit four of these in my trunk. Eight of them would fit in the back seat of any normal sedan. You could easily slip several of these under a bed. Now, could it be improved? Yes, slightly. Instead of BLACK, which absorbs heat when working outdoors, a lighter color would be nice. When I use this outdoors in the blazing noonday sun, the surface gets HOT. A lighter color would alleviate some of that endothermic nuisance. That would also make stuff on the lower shelf easier to see. Black drywall screws tend to hide on dark surfaces. Some users may want heavier-duty clamps, but these clamps are well-matched to the sturdiness of the table. In other words, you won't be doing any heavy hand-tool work with this. It is quite rigid and sturdy and stable, but it wobbles a bit if you try to do hand-planing on it. Power sanding? No problem. My only regret is that I jumped at this low price too soon and did not realize there is another model with adjustable legs. This height is a trifle LOW for much of the work I do around the house. But it is a nice height for refinishing small projects, sanding, clamping, light hand-saw work and glue-ups. If you are TALL, then you might want the adjustable version at a slightly higher price. I think the only way you could find a more perfect design would be to make it yourself. Even though I have made MANY dozens of workbenches and cabinets, I could not make one for seventy-bucks that was any better. It would certainly be an engineering challenge to design one that folded up so compactly yet remained so sturdy when open. If you often need a little workbench with clamping options but are short on space with a low budget... I recommend this thing ( or its adjustable-height brother) highly.

Good product
I’ve had this five years and just recently damaged it trying to close it while exhausted and impatient when something was trapped in it. My bad, not Keters. It has been very robust and versatile. Covered in spilled varnish, gouged from saw mishaps, and other signs of abuse are proof of its utility. I’ll be buying another - this one is still usable bug the part I broke could leave it weakened.

Almost Perfect
This table is amazing and I think its made by the Israel. Its of quality material but whats amazing is the sheer engineering of this table. I mean you just pick it up and hold in two tabs at the same time and the entire table opens up. Then its a matter of pushing to things and lifting another. It folds just as quick. I mean within a few seconds. Its also very sturdy, as sturdy as any metal table out there. The price is what will is amazing too. The price per performance can't be beat, period. I live in a townhouse. If I had the garage room, I would get 2 in order to manage 4'x8' plywood or any type of panel. I purchased this for minor kitchen upgrade work such as making new Shaker doors, drawer panels and box, that sort of thing. BTW space is always a premium in a garage. This thing folds up so small, you can lean it against the wall almost anywhere out of the way. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because most would not believe me and would bypass my review which I wanted to avoid. So I gave it 4 to get you to ready this. But it truly is a 5 star product. Enjoy and happy projects!

MUST-HAVES FOR ALL THE SINGLE HANDY WITH TOOLS LADIES!!!
I just added these workbenches to my collection of tools in my storage sheds. As a single lady, these makeup for the lack of manpower, and allow me to work smarter and not harder, on the many projects I’m taking on by myself! I’m above average height for a woman at 5’5.5” tall, so the size of these portable tables is just right for me. They weigh approximately 22.5 pounds each. Looks are deceiving because it looks like it is just thick but flimsy resin plastic but you’d think it was made of steel how sturdy it is when it’s locked and holding weight! My video demonstrates its great functionality and ease of setting it up and breaking it down! Each table comes with two clamps that has a compartment under the workbench so they won’t get misplaced or lost! You can sit your Yeti of iced water underneath the workbench while you’re working. It serves like a shelf within a portable table! You can adjust the height from the fully adjusted setup table, to the storage position collapsed, in about five seconds; vice versa it takes about ten seconds! I’m so glad I found these workbench portable tables! I will never buy a set of sawhorses again! Five-stars and a thumbs up Keter! 👍🏾

So far, great bench
I don't usually like to review things like this after only a few uses, so I'll hedge this by saying these are initial impressions after a few weeks, so take it for what it is worth. If things change I will update the review. So far I really like this bench. It is ridiculously easy to set up and even easier to fold. I love that I can fold it and store it, or load it into the back of my truck. I echo what others say about NOT pulling the legs out no matter how badly you want to. Grab the yellow handles, pull the tabs with your thumbs, lift up and let the legs fall on their own. This thing is really sturdy. It says it's good up to 1000 lbs. No idea if that is true, but I weigh 225 and I climbed on it and stood up and it had no trouble holding me. I've used it so far to support long 2X8s I was cutting with the Miter Saw and I've also used it as a table for the saw. I like it because I was able to use the included clamps to hold the saw in place. Generally I’ve used it to hold all my junk and to hold boards steady while cutting with a circular saw. My only small gripes are it could be a bit wider AND it needs a well for nails, screws etc. or drinks. Once folded, it’s really easy to carry and not heavy at all. So far I'm really happy. I looked into building a bench and it would have cost me roughly $50-$60 for parts including casters to roll it. For not much more, I got this.

Amazing!
I bought this item as I do lots of work around the house and figured it would be handy to have. I am a Dewalt guy but picked the Keter table instead because I like the idea of a bottom shelf and the reinforcing rib in the middle. The bonus is that it also comes with 2 clamps that are pretty decent and lock into the table top fairly securely. The table sets up and folds down quite easily and feels very well built. I ordered this item in December 2019 when it was on sale for $106, but after ordering I found the same table at Costco for $69. I tried to cancel my order but it was shipped anyways. The only difference is that the Amazon table was yellow and the Costco one is red. The Amazon one was eventually returned for a full refund. There are models that have adjustable legs with a reduced weight rating but neither of these have that. When its folded up it has the main carry handle on the side and two more on either end. It weighs about 20 pounds and there are 4 small holes on each end, possible to bolt 2 or 3 tables together. The only complaint is that the legs are a bit floppy when its folded up but nothing a bungee cord can't fix. When folded up, this table is thick enough to stand on its own. So far I have only used it to wrap Christmas gifts on and as a spare table for Christmas dinner.
